Nice place and atmosphere, staff is good too. Some side notes as to why the 2 stars. I went for a pedi and mani. The lady that took care of me did not know how to do a flower design and asked her colegue to assist her who was already busy with another customer. When I had my mani done, she had to pull her colegue once again to assist her because she didnt know how to layer my nail polish since it was on the sheer side. My blue light to cure my nails had a magazine under it that was used to rest my hands on. How many people touched that?? I dont want to gues...how many people here are licensed.....I dont want to guess. My nails did turn out nice in the end, but I dont want to go back. Good luck!

I have been getting pedicures and fills at this shop for a few years. About 2 years ago the shop was taken over by new management and the improvements are many. The staff is all very experienced and the manager makes sure everyone is satisfied with the service. They offer a large array of services including waxing and eyelash extensions. They have an extensive selection of polishes. The best part is the cleanliness of the shop especially the pedicure bowls. They use disposable liners in the bowls to assure cleanliness and the prices are still reasonable. No appt. necessary and they are in a convenient location

I came to Natural touch nails & spa about 3 weeks ago and thinking that this place very flawless! When I walked in, I being saw the nail staffs fun and welcome to me. In addition to the qualify of service, the gals running it are super cool. Its an extremely chill environment. Both times Ive visited, Ive booked my appointment in advance either through their website or over the phone. I think it depends on the day/time, but they do get pretty busy so I would recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. Ill be back Natural touch nails & spa soon. Love them so much!.

So I finally decided to head to surprise for my eyebrows since i have been disappointed so many times. I was hesitant walking in but I just decide whatever lets see. As soon as I got in i sat down maybe 2 seconds and Simon from Georgia came up to me i loved his personality and his great customer service and his confidence in his work. I had an instant connection with Simon he was easy to engage in conversation. I am super happy with my visit and I am officially a loyal customer and so are my girls we will be in there next week for my daughters.

Horrible service Ive got 2 times the first time one of the ladies pretty much kicked me out told me my nails were dry && when I got to the house they were smeared. I went back && one of the guys was sweet enough to fix them && then I was drying them && it was almost 7pm && she kicked me out again cause I was the last one there it was horrible && I went back today to fix a nail I broke && they told me to come back tomorrow rude as hell I will never go back there && if I could rate this a 0 I would I dont recommend!!!

Really liked this place! The staff took their time, did not rush. Came in with my daughters 10yr and 9yr and they made them feel so special great sense of humor. Absolutely loved the young girl who worked on my daughter! All of the staff are very nice. Definitely recommend and will come back! Would have gave them a 5 but lady who worked on my pedicure did not know how to do nail design which is my biggest thing to do

I needed my nails done so I looked on yelp and found Natural touch nails & spa right away.I have never had a bad experience.This place is always busy - Id recommend making an appointment.We thoroughly enjoyed our pedicure while drinking a glass of wine.Theyre very friendly. Multi talented. They did it all.The salon was clean and had great decorations.I have no plans for going elsewhere.Two thumbs up ! !

Great Salon. I get my nails done every 2 weeks to perfection and get a relaxing 10 minute massage while theyre at it. They are very professional, courteous, clean, and work very hard to make sure you are happy with their services. Great polish selection -- Im going back for a pedicure today. Last time I was there, we laughed a lot. A great place to pamper yourself - I highly recommend it.

Natural Touch Nail & Spa was my favorite place to come. They did a beautiful on my nails! I feel like I was being done nails at home. Staffs were always proud of their work. They were showing me the various colors to let me delight in the choice. They have very reasonable prices! I definitely will be going back. and giving them a chance, they will make sure youre taken care of!

I could still honest to say Natural touch nails & spa is my favorite salon. And I satisfied with their work. Their staff opened up to me. Very friendly. They were super attention to detail to me and others client. They did a great job with various nail sets. The tools are individually wrapped. I will recommend this salon to my friends. Ive just discovered Natural touch nails & spa in Surprise when I was looking for my new salon. Its well worth it to come to this place. They were ready for me when I arrived. I had a refill and pedicure. The staff took their time, did not rush, and made it worth every penny spent. All of the staff are very nice. I will be back to support. Ill recommend them based on my visit.

Im glad I did. I found Natural touch nails & spa this morning. They was laughed when I came. I asked them to make nails and they do great. They loved their work and they do it with their whole mind. Space is extremely delicate decoration. I could not imagine the place is so great. I will visit this place whenever I am free.

They made a point to remember me, love them!Everyone was so sweet.They made sure they could do the designs what I asked for.They also overcame renovations so the facility was extremely clean. Ive been going here for months, and you cant beat the price and selection. Nancy is the tech that always does my nails and I have never had a bad experience. I had avoided gel in the past because it always chipped quickly whenever I tried it, but when Nancy does it my nails stay perfect for weeks.

I was hesitant to go in because it was near closing time and I didnt want my pedicure to be rushed. I am so happy with my decision to try this place...everyone was polite and very professional. Win took her time and did AN AMAZING job!!! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!!!!
