Horrible cut on both my hair and daughters. I am still crying over the color! I had a color ring left on my skin and the stylist did not seem to care. Dont get me wrong, I love the fall season but I did not want my hair to resemble a pumpkin! My daughter got highlights that are over processed and you can see a line on both sides where the foils bled. EVERY foil bled! These will have to grow out before they can be repaired! Our layered cuts are UNEVEN and I should have ran when I saw the stylist start cutting with thinning sheers!! It seemed as if she was insulted I asked for more layers so instead of taking time to add she took a short cut and started chopping with thinning sheers which left holes in my hair!!! Yes, holes that will have to grow out. I am hoping my vitamins make my hair grow fast, this is not how I wanted to start the holidays. For now on a groupon is not worth poor quality and I will check yelp first!! I cant believe I left a tip but I just wanted to leave as fast as possible and with the stylist starring at me I did not know what to do, now I wish I would have walked out after hello. Thank you for all the reviews concerning Bella Voi ! My daughter and I just got back from having Athena at Bella Voi correct our damaged hair and although she could not completely repair some spots she did miracles with what she could.

I came in here on a short notice. Im writing this review late but I just wanted to make sure people knew my experience. I asked the lady to make my hair curly and big and kind of messy.. she straight up did organized Suzy Q curls. I ignored it. Just thinking in my head Ill have to re-do all of this later. At the time the girl doing my hair was the only lady in the salon that did make-up. So I thought I would be in good hands for my make up... NOT! she didnt even have the right color of foundation for me. I was ORANGE! ORANGE! If you cant perform the job right ... please ... please do not continue with it and act like it looks amazing. she over all sucked and caked on all of my makeup. I just was so frustrated and already had a big event to attend so I didnt even wanna bother to complain since I had to go home and re do everything in one hour. I walked out an unhappy customer. BUT on the side note the work I saw some of the others girls doing look great and looked like they actually cared to be there.

My mother-in-law bought me a gift certificate for a massage to this salon as it came highly recommended by her friend. I had an awesome experience! They are quite professional over the phone and so was the receptionist the day of my appointment. Tiffany is a great massage therapist and I will be returning soon for a massage and a facial.

I visited this salon for the first time a couple months ago and chose Jessica. She did a phenomenal job. She discussed the best style for my face and once the cut was done, my hair looked the healthiest it had in years. Ill definitely be back.
