This used to be a really good spa. UP until the new owner took over 2 yrs ago. I had been a loyal customer for over 6 yrs. take that time $50 per month. When my card got compromised i battled for 4 months because it happen 2 times in a row. They wouldnt wait for me to get it fixed and just cancelled my services. Not to mention i had over 4 or 5 visits saved on my account. They wouldnt even let me use them!!!! So im out that $250 ....That is NOT being loyal to your customers. The quality of staff working greatly diminished since the new ownership had taken over and the people that answered the phones didnt have a clue what color the sky was. (except the one girl taryn she was pretty nice) They only have like 2 good therapists there and they of course are always booked. So you get the people who leave bruises. Also the crazy idea of being closed Wednesdays is just not convenient for people. Just an all around downhill decline for them. Such a shame because i really liked pampering myself.

Where to start...My initial visit to Blu Sol was great, but since my sister and I both have had nothing but bad experiences. The esthetician is inexperienced and not thorough. Both my sister and I had the worst facial breakouts after every visit with her. Our body treatments were not performed by knowledgeable staff who did not even know what products were being used nor had the decency to find out and let us know. Treatments are rushed and abrupt. My sister and myself have both made several upon several attempts to get a hold of the spas owner, Linda, just to advise her of the quality of service we have received. We have never gotten response by phone nor email. Then just to make matters worse, once we canceled our membership, Blu Sol continued to deduct the monthly amount from the accounts. I will never go there again nor suggest it to anyone. Blu Sol has left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth.

I was having a horrible time with my hair. I would have daily meltdowns because after having my baby it just wasnt the hair I was use to. I expressed my frustration to sesily and offered me an immediate appointment. I went to see her and I felt like a brand new person. She did what I thought would be impossible... she made me feel good about my self again. Not only with her kind words but also with a great cut/style. I went from having long hair to a classy bob which I had no clue how to style. She took the extra time to show me what to use and how to style it. With a newborn its hard to keep up with my hair at times, she gave me the best/easiest hair cute to maintain . Love her and her work, will definitely be seeing her again.

I searched for a hair stylist for months that would just listen to what I wanted done to my hair. Each stylist I tried would nod and tell me " oh of course Im able to do this ". And of course, no they could not. So I started talking amongst my family about what I wanted done with my hair. And low and behold Sesilys name came up in my conversation. So, I decided to give her a try and Im so glad that I did. Ive always wanted Extensions done and she was the first to listen to my request. Shes the best at what she does. Thank you for taking the time to grant my wish.

Sesily does such a beautiful job she has a lot of patience and a passion, shes real honest about her opnions and gives advice on what she reccomends best for you hair. Not only that but shes super fun and awesome she made me feel very comfortable and im a very shy person she even got me to smile and laugh really hard to the point my stomach started hurting in a good way lol :). I met her through another hair salon and ever since then ive been stalking her where ever she goes because i only trust her je je ^_^ thats how good and amazing she is with her job :D

Blu Sol Is Such An AMAZING SPA! I love the massages and its such a great price. The staff is incredibly friendly and I love my massage therapist, Phong! He is amazing. When I tell him where my pain were coming from, he knows how to fix it. My body is more relaxed after I see him and he is the best massage therapist Ive worked with. So far Ive gotten deep tissue and a relaxing massage and all I have to say is that theres no one else I would want to exchange him for. Also, they have packages for couples, facials and hair stylists. WOW. Love this SPA!

I moved here to the valley a few years ago. I was looking for a place that I could go to relax. I have some problems with carpal tunnel and tmj. I had a massage with Sammi and the focused on my problem areas. I have not had a problem since then. I even was able to reduce my medication for them. They also just put in a nail area. It looked so relaxing that I booked an appointment for a mani and another massage. Very excited for my next spa day! You must try this place out!

Sesily does such a MARVELOUS job. She is great in what she does. I was scared to get my hair done because they always mess it up. But I took a chance and OMG I was in total shock I was so happy and knew she would be my hair stylist FOREVER. I always recommend her to my family, friends, and on Facebook when people are looking to get their hair done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. You wont be disappointed. So to you Sesily thxs so much for being the best at what u do.

Sesily is an amazing stylist. She listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and knew exactly what I wanted. I also asked her opinion in regards to a certain color I wasnt sure would match my tone. She was honest and I ended up changing the color I wanted due to her advice and I ended up loving my other color better!. She is in the business to make you beautiful and I will never trust anyone else but her with my hair.

I was at Blu Sol Massage Spa Tolleson today for a spa day, wow what a day. This place was first class. Jennifer was my LMT and the best I have ever experience I had a facial with Cindy she is amazing I would say the best spa in AZ. You must try this spa and like me you will go back Mike. Just love this spa. I been going for some time now and enjoy this spa so much i been giving gift cards for Bdays to my friends.

I can not find the words to express my dear gratitude to the wonderful staff at Blu Sol. I battle more than one illness everyday and I walked out feeling wonderful from not only my amazing full one hour massage and facial but from the kindess staff that treated me with more than relaxation.
