I decided to try this nail salon based on the reviews and I will never go again. All I needed was a quick Gel polish color change because I started a new job. When I went in, the Gel I had on was beautiful and my nails were thick and strong. When I left there with their Gel polish on my nails, my nails were the and would bend! I realized this the next day but had started my new job. I went back as soon as I got off of work and explained this to one of the ladies there. She told me that Andrew wasnt there and I needed to talk to him since he did my nails and she refused to do anything. Andrew wasnt in and I was told to return the next day. As I walked to my car, frustrated, shes yelling from the door for me to come back because he just showed up. I went back in and explained the situation to him and told him the polish needs to be thicker. He told me that the polish doesnt need to be thicker, its because I have bad thin nails, ”its because theyre your nails” he says. I told him my nails werent bending and about to bend backwards before I went in and that by looking at them closely you could see how thin the Gel polish was. He kept saying its because theyre your nails and refused to put another couple of coats on. What I realized from this is instead of using Acetone and the foils to remove the old polish, he used the electric file/buffer (which Ive had done to remove Gel before) and he filed the nail surface too thin. I cant open a soda can or scratch an itch on my skin without them trying to bend backwards now. I told Andrew I would just go somewhere else if he wasnt willing to try to fix his mistake and he told me to go ahead and go somewhere else. The next day, after washing a few dishes at home, my thumbnail was so thin and soft that it broke off at the corner. Never again will I step foot into this establishment.

I dont recommend this place to anyone! I went from person to person because they only know how to do certain things, they know nothing about doing nails they cant do certain things that that a nail business should know, my nail chipped the next day when the guy had made it clear that they would last he took a long time because the guy before him didnt finish his job correctly, my other nails had became lose after the 3rd day, i took them off and my natural nails have not been the same since! This place should know more about nails out seems they only know how to apply gel or regular polish i showed them two designs, they didnt know how to do so i showed an ombre, nor did they know how to do that i had gave up and just had them apply regular gel polish. I had no satisfaction what so ever#

They nail techs need to be trained probably, they do not know how to do nails at all! The pedicure was awful as well! The nail tech that did my full set left my nails different shapes and different thickness. He didnt even know how to apply nail polish to the nails. I was trying to be nice and give him a chance since he had already started them but when he started my pedicure he didnt take off any dead skin around the nails he just buffed them and painted them he didnt paint them correctly either! Worse experience ever never again will I be returning to this nail salon. Id rather keep driving to my original place 10 miles away.

Come here once in a while for a mani Pedi or acrylics and they are always friendly. Fridays are their busiest which they still got my sister and I in right away, very pleased with there work and professionalism. If you are looking at reviews to see if you could bring your child, I would say no. Last time I was there there was a cute little girl running back and forth and it was not relaxing. My technician was trying to figure out who the parents were, but out of the 6 adults in their group not one said anything to their child. NO CHILDREN I come to relax.

The person that helped me was nice. But everyone else was rude. The guy started filling my nail with an electric filler and went to hard and was burning the sikn under my nail. Then a nice lady started to help me.Then the gel nail polish that they have there burns your fingers when they put it under the uv light. I went on a sunday. And that Tuesday my nail already chipped. She had told me after I had already gotten my nails done that if they chip the next day then they will give you a store credit of $8. Ill will never go there again!

I come here often for a brow and lip wax combo and the woman who does them always does them exactly how I want and will ask me before going to thin or leaving too thick. Ive gotten my brother and father to come here and their eyebrows come out perfect EVERYTIME. Not too thin or feminine. Just a good clean up. Some nail salons do not listen and will just wax your whole eyebrow off. This place is great! Just specify what you want your brows to look like.

Took me 3 years to find the best nail shop. Everyone there is good - plus my nails actually LAST.. No breaking or anything. Now that I live in the Northside of the Valley I still travel there. They are really worth it and good prices. And Andy the Owner is amazing - he really does care about his profession.

Place a joke rude! Tell me one price $27 then changed price $35 cause their mess up not understand I wanted exact same as customer before me I didnt get what I wanted Then they told another customer their long wait was because I was being difficult Never again

Ive been going here for years. By far the best eye brow wax in town. Service is great and I go to several of the techs. The owner is great and knows exactly what I prefer.... I dont have to say a word. They really take good care of me.

I love coming here to get my nails done and pedicures, I have been to many shops and sunrise nails is by far better in quality and cant beat there prices. Would recommend to any one in a heart beat.
