This is by far the worst place I have ever been to for spa service with the worst customer service. The front desk rep Marlene asked my niece to look up "pedicure" in the dictionary. Also another employee was rude to my 5 year old daughter who had a birthday coming the following Monday requested balloons on nails and toes and when I asked the rep if she was going to do the hands she yelled at me as if I was getting free services. My daughter only got her hands and feet painted but was charged for a full service pedicure that she did not get and could not even reach her feet in the water. Then when I complained was told to go some where "cheap" if I did not like it. The money was not the issue, all I wanted was an explanation of why my 5 year old daughter was being charged $25 for getting a simple paint job. Then since being upset with me, the next employee that was doing my nails asked me how long I wanted my nails, when I told her which is not long at all very short, she requested that I pay more money. Which then I wanted to see a model of what short and long nails are considered for the company and their prices, when I requested this info the employee said she did not want to do my nails anymore and walked away forcing me to wait for another employee. When I requested to speak with management I was told good luck getting a hold of him. The employees here are so unprofessional and disrespectful, they are immigrants and lack the knowledge of great customer service. Jenny, Nancy, Anthony,TJ and Tina were all there this day. TJ is the only one I was satisfied with he took up the slack of another employee. They refused to show me a model of what lengths of nails they considered long. I believe Anthony did an okay job as well but did not perform a full pedicure service on my 5 now 6 year old daughter whose paint pilled off the next day. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was then told to pay up front before they completed any services I am sure it is because I am African American. These people are the worst, who tells their customers " to go some where cheap" even cheaper places that do a way better job my nails are already falling off and paint gel must be old because its now peeling off . This was 1/28/2017, 2 days before my daughters birthday and she got the worse services.

Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Walked in here about 2:30 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon. Was asked what I wanted, told them I wanted a full set. The one guy employee in there said "Sorry there is only me doing today and I am already doing her and the other lady" (the other lady was just sitting there waiting for nail polish to dry) What kind of business has an entire section of empty nail stations but no one in them?? The guy was doing the receptionists nails. and sounded like an idiot and he was rude. The receptionist apologized from the chair she was sitting in as she was getting her nails done. I guess doing the receptionists nails during normal business hours was more important than gaining a new client. I went in there excited because I had wanted to try this place since it opened. I will never go back here. There was poor customer service from the second I walked in!!!!

Have been here a couple times and I must say I love my nails. I get the new no light S&S nails and the are strong growing and last. Ive never been 100% satisfied with my pedicures here but it is a clean place with lots of stations however not all the stations are staffed and the wait is super long. I went in with my mom and daughter for pedicures and they set us down right away. Thinking wed be serviced right away. No such thing. We waited and waited and waited until I could wait no more. No one ever told us how long the wait would be which should. W disclosed before you end up soaking in cold water. Ill try. To make an appointment and see if that makes a difference because I do like the way they do my nails.

First time being here and Im very impressed. Got greeted with a smile, no one was rude, which was a big plus. Everyone was very attentive to their customers, the manager went around asking every guest if how where they doing which is a good thing. The salon was clean, good vibe, equipment kept clean, instruments where sterile. The lady who did my feet was gentle and took her time doing her work which she did an amazing job, thank you. I would recommend this place to anypne.

Place looks great. I waited an hour and fifty minutes plus and I went ahead left. They only had business for those that were coming in for pedicures. I only needed a manicure. Im sure the service is great but unfortunately they lost a customer who didnt the opportunity to be a customer.

Clean utensils. Staff providing services were very friendly. Didnt like the wait. My BF and I went for pedicures we sat and soaked in water for a very long time. Prices are pretty high too.

I drive from far just to get my nails done here. the website says they close at 6 on sundays and showed up at 5:40 and told me they where closing wont be coming back here ever again

They were so nice, considerate and clean. I had my acrylic nails removed, and replaced with the herbal nail gel. Love it!! I will come back every time.

Nice location. Restroom was not clean at all though. Pedicure prices are fair but not too quality. Best in Laveen though so 4 stars it gets.

First time pedicure. Nancy was amazing. Gentle but firm. Cant wait to go back. My feet have never been softer.
