This was my first visit. I have been to other spas in other cities. I found FLEX to be clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was able to move about comfortably. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but still plenty of amenities with the weight room, sauna, hot tub, mazes and movies. I did go on a Tuesday morning so it was very reasonabel too and yet there was a good number of men there. I was really looking forward to laying out in the sun a little and this time allowed for plenty of open seats in the sun with full sunshine. It was very relaxing. I also found some time to play with some of the other patrons which is all part of the relaxation of going to a spa. I can only imagine it is that much more fun during busier times, but this time was perfect for my needs. Thanks FLEX! and thanks to your staff there too!

Like Marc, I also used to work here and it was a terrible experience. Everything he is saying is true. There is not one good thing I have to say about this place. The staff is iffy, the managers are not good people behind their fake smiles, and CEO Todd is a typical "no blacks no fats no fems" white gay. Guests love to sexually assault people (even the workers!) and/or overdose on drugs. This place is very dirty. I wish it would get shut down. The men who come here on a regular basis are wasting their money, wasting their time, and wasting away once they leave. There is no need for a place like this in modern society and it only serves to keep homosexuality in the closet.

Its not a bad place just a bad rep. There is a pool, hot tub, TVs, maze ect. I have seen the staff cleaning areas several times while I was there. The pool is also clear of any leafs or dust. Prices are expensive, best days is Monday/Tuesday since those are the cheapest days. They are also often the busiest days. The guy selection there is very hit or miss. But I have met polite and respectful men there. Its cool to try your luck or just hang out. Only pool in all of AZ where clothing is optional. One thing that does need work on is getting guys in there. There are too many days where its a ghost town.

I worked there for about 3 months. I saw more overdoses, men tweeking, on GHB, or other things than I can count. I would not recommend going for ANY reason. Not to mention its less than a half a mile from an elementary school and the place is VERY dirty (I should know, I cleaned the place) .

Really bad experience. Place was full of incredibly disrespectful men who wouldnt stop following me and groping me even when I forcefully removed their hands. Staff was friendly enough, but not enough to make up for the atrocious behavior of the patrons. Will never go back.

Only an "all male facility" he was very rude on the phone. Hung up on me. I was traveling from Chicago to Phoenix I saw this place had fabulous reviews and then he was a complete jerk on the phone. Wishing I could give no stars very disappointed.

Its either this place or really nothing else. The Chute is a dump. The workers all have a bad attitude and should be fired. Then the building should be bulldozed. FLEX is pretty ok.
