Ive been here twice and the first time I thought I finally found a perfect nail salon...until I went back a second time when it was more people!!! Big mistake. Me and my friend sat and waited for 1hr before even bein seen then they take her back to get a pedi Im still sitting waiting for a mani then 20 more minutes she lady in charge sits me in her chair...then goes to do 2 full pedi WHILE IM STILL WAITING I flag her like ugh should I come back?? She said no and starts to do my nails then stops me to start another pedi!!! Im furious at this point. So then I have a design I wanted (leopard print gel) she didnt have a light brown so Im looking for another color close to it so she says "you should have known what you wanted before you came in here" I said hold up you have been running around here helping and doing everything else there was 8 other workers in there! I left after that my friends feet were sloppy and she told another girl to move so another women could sit down!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK HERE

If I could give them a negative number, I would. We called in advance to ask when they could take 3 pedicures and they stated "now" so we drove over (less than 7 minutes). Upon arriving, the nasty man who seemed to be running the place, barked at us stating we had to wait 15 minutes because we didnt have an appointment. OK whatever, we stepped outside. Before going outside I asked the gentleman if I could use their restroom since we were going to have to wait and I was answered with an eye roll and a frustrated sigh. Once we came back in to sit down, the rude man came over and said "lets get something straight, you didnt have an appointment and others do, thats why they go first". We hadnt even said anything! My immediate response was to tell him never mind and to get something else straight....we do not HAVE to give your establishment our money! Far be it for us to inconvenience you into taking our money, and we walked OUT! I will never pay someone to be rude to me.

You get what you pay for. I went to get a full set. As most places like this I have to sign in. Dispite signing in two other ladies were helped before I was. Im not sure whether they had appointments or not but I wasnt in a rush so I waited anyhow. The gentleman who did my nails was friendly but not talkative. And he did okay quality on my nails. He worked with product that was far too wet and let the acrylic drip down onto the tips of my fingers as he shaped the rest of the nail. Even after the full set was done I was left with acrylic on my skin that I had to pick off after the fact and the underside of my nails had globs on the sides from where he left product and did not care enough to clean it up after the fact. One of my fingers has a cut from his file where he was too rough. I personally would not return here.

i used to work at this place before, the owner is very ugly and mean woman , always ripoff the employee, make them vork very hard for her, and pay little, she steals tips from her employee, and charge extra to customer. she made me work extra hours every day , make me do a lot of work for her without pay, and if you complaint then she will trouble you later. if you give tips to employee, make sure you give to them , dont give to the ownwer . because they will steals it from them.they always reused and recook the paraffin , customers didnt know anything about that , if you order the pakage deluxe for $ 35.00 us dollars, chance is you may get the reused parafinn recook for so many times . the shorty told us that we have to do that so we can save money, and customers dont know anythings about it.

By far the worst nail salon I have ever experienced. Im in the military and wanted a new set of nails the lady treated me so rude as if I was asking her not to do her job, I was so confuse this is your job chick. Then they kept asking me are you sure you want a new set? Im like yes thats what I want. I should have listen to the warning signs when they kept asking because, they really didnt want to do it. They did the absolute most worst job on nails I have ever seen in my life!! they will never have to worry about getting my money again. If I could give them zero stars I would, save your money people please this place is not worth it at all you will regret you waste your hard earn money on people thats not customer friendly and rush on your nails!!!

they are rude the lady would not let me explain how I wanted my nails clear tip she kept cutting me off saying yes yes I know what u want. I kept saying how I do want them to be cleartip and purple glitter but she put soooo much glitter that u couldnot see through anymore at all and it was exstreamly thick so when I told her if there was anything she could maybe do about it she and tina started talking in there language and at the end of their conversation tina says take some glitter off and then she dont like still too bad . I could not belive my ears I always go and tina dose my eye brows not anymore! I will find some where eles where they appreciate me and are professional. STAY AWAY! and beware of gel nails.

I called at 5:51, because it said it closed at 7:30. I was informed that it was closed. Being from out of town. I decided to drive around and find a nail salon. I found one and signed in for my husband and I to get pedicures. After a few minutes I was told, there was no time for my husband. So i decided to just do my toes. I sit here and I have two young lady that have come in and have gotten pedicures after me. I feel bad that my husband didnt get his birthday pedicure. I will not be returning. Come to find out this is the place that had said they were closed.

I usually like this place cause Ive been before. But these last few times I have NOT AT ALL been happy about my visits. I asked for gel fill and not only did they charge me $35 but the end result is horrid! I regret giving a tip. I asked for short almond tip and thin acrylic. The acrylic is so thick it looks like she just spalatted it on my nails, it looks like my 2 year old couldve done better. Im not one to complain and make them redo them. I used them cause they are by my house. But as of now. NEVER going back. I dont recommend at all.

This was the first salon I have gone to, and probably the last time I ever come here. The woman who did my nails was pretty rough and overall, rude. While doing my nails I started bleeding due to her drilling them so hard, and she just sprayed 100% acetone on them. She did my right hand nails thinner than the left. The nails were so hard to remove, it almost split my friends nail. I would not recommend anyone go here. The owner was very rude when I tried to complain. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
