Ive been going here for about a year and some of the therapists are good some ok. The front desk and appointment scheduling is a disaster. Its bad enough that after yet another screw up tonight I cancelled my membership. Owners are remote and basically dont give a crap about customer service. They hire basically untrained and low skill up front. Phones dont get answered promptly, multiple attempts to make an appointment then itll be 50/50 if they get it right. There must be better out there especially for the price. Avoid this place.

No robes, no tea, no relax room. Massage and facial rooms are just like exam rooms, massage therapist wore like a tool belt to hold the one and only massage oil they use. Massage was okay, i kept waiting for the ahhhh relax feeling but never was able to completely relax. I wouldnt go back.

Do not apply for a job here. Management is awful. For clients, the therapists are amazing & give 110% every time. Youll love your massage... just not your job!
