I went to this nail salon for the first time with my sister as a girls day, & as we sat down to get our pedis we were talking, the guy was so nice (AT FIRST) ... as they always try to upsell we were considering getting our nails done because they kept insisting ... As we were getting our feet almost done at this point a lady walks in wanting nails feet and eyebrows they sit her down to get her nails done and then change her to the pedi seat . The guy once again asks my sister & Because I said no she decided she wasnt going to then this guy proceeds to say "So you dont want your nails done?" &My sister says again no I decided not to (This is where I was in shock) the guy then tells her "Why did you wait til the last minute to tell me I just lost a customer.. (P.s he may have lost the sale not the customer because she was still there just getting nails done by someone else) &Then he says next time make up your mind ... ? Excuse me but my sister is 17 so what if she was undecided? We were customers too and were there first but obviously like most jobs it was the quantity to him not the quality ... &We will NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.!!!

The only reason why I went to this nail shop is because its down the street from where I am staying. Looking at the reviews they seemed like a pretty good shop. WRONG! The guy is so rude! I had ask for a full set coffin set and it was horrible. the shape was crocked, one side would be straight and the other side was angled and It looked like they where going side ways. While he was cleaning up the nail... Smoothing it down ...he kept burning my skin/cuticles. He said its because my cuticles are deep.... WTF! When he asked me if I liked the shape I was honest and I said no... I was willing to pay for my incomplete service and just leave but he starts yelling at me and saying I dont know what I want and starts being loud and really rude and instead of just walkin away and letting someone else complete/fix/charge me he comes back and still insists in arguin with me. If you go get your nails done here AVOID THE GUY unless you like your nails to look all F**KED UP.

I will not be going here ever again. I got a pedicure for the first time in many years and on Friday June 30th my views of pedicures will never be the same. 4 days later my big toe was throbbing and I thought it was because I had gotten acrylic on it so I let it past the neXT day my big toe is getting red and hurting more then before so I went to another salon to take it off and as she is removing thd nail polish i see my big toe purple and she tells me they cut your nail and tried covering it with the acrylic so you wouldnt see. So thanks to this place I got a bacterial infection on my big toe all because they didnt sterilized there equipment. So my advice to you is go somewhere else.

Ive lived on the far west side of town for just over 3 years now and I have had a hard time finding a nail shop that does my nails the way I like, and also takes the time to hear how I like them and also make suggestions to make them look even better. I would drive all the way back to Chandler to my favorite nail shop just for a fill. I have finally found my new nail shop with this place! I absolutely LOVE how natural she made my nails look (I have acrylic). And she didnt file the heck out of the sides like every other shop Ive been trying. A plus is that they are super friendly and personable! I will be back every time now.

Hanna did my nails in a hurry. All I wanted was matte back nails. She rushed so she put shine coat instead of matte. She had to file it down and put matte, you can still see spots of shine on my nails. But they came out foggy and bumpy. One hand looks more black then the other. My nails hurt so much from all the mistakes she made, she files my nails around 4 times, my nails still hurt a week later. Now the guy in the salon is trying to argue with me about how they need to charge me and how they cant do anything about it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DONT COME HERE. I use to come here all the time and never again!!!!

I got my nails done on Tuesday the 27th and they are already peeling off and its only been two days since i got them done!! I paid 80 dollars to get a full set and my toes done just of french tips and when i called earlier that day the guy i talked to said it was only going to be 50. First off there so many bubbles in my nails and i said something to the lady that did them because she kept having the older lady come over and look at them and then she acted like she didnt speak English when she was talking to me for an hour. Im really upset with this palace the did and horrible job!!

I decided to try this place out, based on the reviews I was gonna try it out, but I cant believe that today I went in it was 7:25 pm but when I walked in and the person at the cash register looks at the other and she shook her head and said NO and then the girls said said we are closed and then I said really and she said what did you need so I said a pedicure and then shes said no we are closed and so I said I thought you guys closed @8 so I cant believe they rejected my service that there makes me not want to believe other peoples reviews.

I went there one and I loved it Hannah did a great job. I just go back and ask for one nail to be fixed due to it broke at work. The lady told me come back in 20 mins I said okay Ill be back in 20 mins I go back 15 mins and they had two ppl walk in and they took them even tho I signed in and confirmed 20 mins! Its rude and not okay! So cause they took them I couldnt get my one nail done which would take 5 min max

Received a pedicure and full set. Bottoms of my feet beforehand were fine...now they are rough and dry. The full set acrylic nails came out aweful!! Too pink and they are already lifting off...the guy was rough, cut/burned my cuticles and was in a hurry to smoke his vapor. I wish I could submit a photo...very disappointed in my results.

Was offered the sns manicure, went home washed dishes and it all came off. Came back, nobody apologized or gave me my money back. They just simply took off the polish and said nothing else. I walked out and I will never return. I cant believe I paid 45.00 for a polish that came off in 4 hours. Do not give these people your money.

Great job on my nails and the price was very reasonable. As others have mentioned, setting an appointment in advance is smart. I walked in about 10 minutes after opening today and they were able to fit me in, but every chair was already full! Im very happy with the job Hannah did, and Ill definitely come back!
