This is the most absolute worst nail salon I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! I asked for a simple heart and I cant even describe what the hell she put on my finger! And when I kindly mentioned I wasnt happy with it and to re do it they all started running their mouths five thousand miles a minute and someone attempted to fix it read my words clearly "attempted" ..... It gets worse.....I asked for them to attempt the same thing on my toes and after she tried twice with deformed looking hearts well not even hearts I told her to forget it and just paint it pink!!! I will never come back even if it was the last salon open in Arizona not worth a dime!!!! Waste of my time and my money oh and just to mention I was NOT the ONLY customer in their that wasnt happy!!!! They are rude have horrible customer service and I have no idea how they are still standing! Worst experience I have ever had if I could give them zero stars I would!!!!!!

I was a regular at my Tucson nail place and I guess I took for granted the time and effort put into my manicures and pedicures there because you certainly dont get that attention at Julie Nail and Spa off Northern Ave in Glendale. I had made an appointment, as some reviews said walk-ins were ignored, and was in and out of my manicure and pedicure within 45 minutes. The nail tech rushed through the job, resulting in portions of my finger nails being left unpainted and leaving paint to dry right up against and on the cuticles. Within 24 hours of having my nails done (and, as it was the weekend, doing absolutely nothing productive with my hands) 4 nails had their polish chipped and cracked. The place was a good deal, $30 for a mani-pedi, but unfortunately you most definitely get what you pay for... not much.

I went in to get my nails filled, when I got there it seemed ok. She filled them, painted them, then left me alone for 30 mins while she made a phone, 30 mins later she comes in looks at my nails and says okay youre all set, I thought they were still sticky but I figured she said they were ok so they were, I went food shopping and by the time i was done my nail polish was coming off. Smeared, it was still soft like i thought, So i went back the next day, I walked in she has me sit at station 7- I wait for 10 mins they have me move to another station, and I tell the guy what happend, and then made it sound like it was my fault that it did that, I will never go there again, I noticed alot of regulars that go there but they are older and mostly get pedicures, waiting is a big thing there

This is a very clean shop and the owner, Jimmy is friendly and greets me with a "hello" which is nice. I have been going to Stephanie for years now and she does both my gel nails and pedicures. She always does a perfect job. They have those really awesome massage chairs, so not only do I get my feet done but I leave feeling super relaxed. The shop is busier as it nears the weekend - you might want to call ahead for an appointment, but they do take happily walk-ins. One thing I might mention - these girls work long days, so be nice and please dont go in 5 minutes before closing to expect a service that will take an hour.

My fiance came home in tears today because she just left this place. She has been a loyal customer here and always had positive things to say. Her most recent visit she paid $80 to get her manicure done as well as a generous tip on top of it. Well 2 days later they started to peel at no fault of her own. When she went back to inform them of it they began to make her feel unwelcome and began talking in their native language pointing at her. Finally when she confronted the obvious chatter the "new girl" told her that this was her fault. Needless to say she left and will never do business there again. Shame on this place.

Worst experience hands down!!! Im a nail tech myself and they literally did every step wrong! They took 15 min on the "classic pedicure" they did not buff my nail did not scrub my heel they didnt even use a simple scrub!! I left halfway into the pedicure it was horrible and a waste of $21 they are seriously ridiculous ignorant people that need to learn how to do a pedicure! I almost sat that lady down to show her what a real pedicure was!!! Ugh so annoyed worst worst worst place ever dont spend your money there people!!!

I stopped in after work today so I could talk to the manager regarding my previous visit. He listened very kindly to my concerns. He made sure that I left as a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you to the two girls that worked on me. This is the WORST nail place I have ever been to!!! I asked for a classic pedicure and they did absolutely NOTHING to my feet. No filing, no toe cleaning, they didnt even scrub my heel. I pretty much paid for polish change. And they still messed up on a toe and didnt bother to fix it. I tried to leave and they didnt let me and tried to do "better" but still did nothing. Worst experience Im so mad I paid for this crap!

I have been going to Julie Nail on Northern for 6-7 years. I have been unhappy only 1 time. I think it was due to miscommunication. They are all very nice. Jimmy greets you when you walk in & also does nails. I have a couple of favorites like Larry & Christine. The salon is always clean & nicely decorated. Im sad to see so many bad reviews. I bring my daughter & best friend when I can.

I was not impressed with this place. A friend and I went in for pedicures. They tried to sell us all their other services after we told them multiple times that we just wanted pedicures. They charged my friend $3 just to remove her toe nail polish!! Also, the lady who did my toes, didnt know how to paint just on the nail. She got nail polish all over the sides of my toes! Wont go here again.

Worst customer service ever I walk in at 620 and they say sorry we closed come back tomorrow. Your sign says 7pm all I needed was gel manicure removed off my nails takes 15minutes I understand everyone wants to go home at night. Litarlly takes 15 minutes how are you closed there 40 min. I will never come back they didnt even look at me and say sorry we are closing soon. It was so rude

Love the staff they are friendly and do a great job! I have been going here for 7 years and they never fail me with their great work! If I do not like a color they will change it, if I find some minor imperfection they will fix it without a word. I get my pedicures and eyebrow waxes there every other week and I can not image going anywhere else. Great prices for great service.
