Have gone here multiple times since they opened and I just love it. Came in with curiosity and stayed for the great service. This isnt one of those locations that just do it fast to get more people in and out of the door. They really are detailed and perfectionists. They arent satisfied until you are. My mom will only trust her feet to this Spa. They are the only ones who can remove her ingrown nails without pain. They are very skilled and talented. Now I come in with my mom and my two sisters atleast once every 7 weeks. Its pretty nice when you walk in and you immediately feel welcomed in a very modern and sanitary (which is huge to me) establishment. Plus everyone is very friendly and happy. Ive recommended this place to many and still will. You become addicted to GREAT service!

I am very disappointed with the way that my nails have turned within a couple of days. This is the second time I visit this salon & I decided to come back because I was very satisfied with the way my gel nails come out during the first visit. However, during my second visit I do not know what went wrong but I am greatly disappointed. I decided to get a full set gel manicure, coffin shape in the color "lipstick." I left the salon a satisfied customer, but that only lasted one full day. My nails received stains that do not come off the nails within two days of getting them done. I tried scrubbing the dirt off & nothing gets rid of it. I have some very unpleasant and unattractive dirt stains. This has never happened to me with any other nails & I am very disappointed.

Ive been here twice - once with my step daughter for a girls day and once after a very long day with my 2 young kids and both times were amazing. The services are outstanding, the nail techs are talented and friendly, and it is so relaxing! They were great with my step daughter and very patient as she tends to be squirmy which made the whole day more enjoyable. This is one of the most beautiful day spas Ive been in and I cant wait to go back to try out some of their other services!

This place does crappy nails and service! They have the look and feel of a nice nail salon, and the prices to match, but the work is terrible. I have been here multiple times, tried different techs trying to find the right one, all of the them are terrible, quick, bad work. Even the pedicure massages are lazy and they cut every corner they can to heard customers out. Im done trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and my money!!!

Five star service. I noticed the tech was filing my nails at an angle all on one hand so I requested to have them evened out, she didnt quite understand so-called another tech over and had them reviewed. The second tech perfected my nails and made sure I was completely satisfied. Its simple to achieve customer loyalty with simple assistance like this.

Very disenchanted with the poor customer service. During normal business hours 6:40 I was told they are closed....no service! Its been less than a week and my nails are already breaking. I wanted to get one nail repaired. 3 people were there for repairs the day I got them done....I should of got a clue. Wont happen again.

Amazing! Lisa did a full acrylic on Mr looks spectacular! Hannah did a fabulous job on my pedicure and everyone was extremely friendly and its rare to find that in places when youre a new client no ifs ands or buts about it Cosmo is my new spa!

Love this place. Im very picky with who does my nails. Now the only disappointment was the Guy Tu that did my nails is no longer there. But Hanna takes good care of me.

No sense of customer service. I paid 75 dollars for coffin nails that looked nothing like the real thing and a messed up eyebrows.

SNS nails there are awesome. Last about 2 weeks and you can get a fill. They are better than the gel nails
