Went to Sanity Salon a few weeks ago for the first time. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in that day for color and a hair cut. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She told me about the specials for new clients. I got my hair done by Megan, who is a new stylist to the salon but has been doing hair for 10 years in Chicago, she was FANTASTIC! She listened to exactly what I wanted and even gave me some of her ideas that I thought would be great too. My highlights looked amazing, it was EXACTLY what I was hoping for and my haircut looked great and has been so easy to style myself since I got it done. She really is an amazing & talented hairdresser and I would recommend her to everyone!! I have another appointment next month with Megan and I cant wait, she was so nice and friendly and easy to talk to, cant wait to have my hair done perfect again/.A+++ stylist and salon(the salon is very clean & professional to, everyone seemed nice)

I have been doing hair for over 15 years and worked at many different salons back in O.C California and here in Arizona. I absolutely love working at Sanity Salon & Spa in Surprise!! For the last 5 years I have never been happier renting my station here! As a stylist it is important I work in an atmosphere that I am proud to have my clients come back too. I love that there is so much talent at Sanity Salon and we love what we do and all get along great. Without the drama! My hope is that we can continue to make our clients feel welcome & beautiful when they leave this salon and they will look forward to coming back as well as excited to send their friends & family! I went for the first time today. I received a GREAT haircut and color from Rosie Raynor. A very pleasant experience with Rosie and a great result. I will definitely be back when I am in town. My hair is difficult to cut, I have lots of cowlicks that have minds of their own. She knew just what to do. I also have fine hair and Rosie made it look much fuller somehow with very little product. It was just her skill with the scissors... Thank you for a fabulous first experience and a very nice first time customer discount. I will be back! Jo B. I was referred the awesome & talented Liza at Sanity Salon & Spa by a friend of mine. I was having a meltdown about a haircolor-gone-wrong & did not know what to do. Liza was able to see me on the same day and worked miracles on what looked like a disaster. She even devised a plan on how we will repair my damaged hair and make it look even better the next time I see her. Although she was the one working on my hair, nearly the entire staff came by to reassure me and offer support. Their friendly and supportive environment was definitely what I needed today! I fried my hair. FRIED my hair. Rosie saved it. She gave me the cutest cut and told me the products to use to help bring it back to life. I was afraid of how awful I would look and how short and ugly Id have to rock it for a while. I walked out feeling good and looking cute with a very well done bob. My hair is super straight naturally, so in general its not easy to do a good bob. My hair will show every mistake. I almost cried tears of joy with the magic she worked on me! She tamed my fried hair and made it look better than most non-fried hair bobs Ive gotten.

Great Clips managed to butcher my hair twice. I went back on the next day after getting my haircut and they somehow made it WORSE. I made a spontaneous decision to come here and Katrina was awesome enough to take me in even though their schedule was full. It looks so much better! No doubt Ill be coming here again. Couldnt have asked for better service.

After reading the recommendations on this site, I called Teresa at Sanity. She did any AMAZING job and I will definitely be going back. I went in for a drastic change. We cut off more than 9 inches of hair and she walked me through the whole process. It looks great and I will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!

My family goes to Carmen for their hair needs! I have been with her for almost 4 years and I would highly recommend her services! The salon is nice and clean and they do a great job and get alot of business. Everyone is always nice and Carmen is the best because she takes her time and does a good job! Thank you Carmen!!

Michelle did a great job!! She was very informative about what she needed to do to my hair to make it healthy and recommended some great styling products. I am planning on going again!!! Would highly recommend this salon. New to the area, first salon I picked and I am done searching, and all the girls were very friendly.

I steered my 24 year old daughter away from her usual salon promising that Sanity would do an awesome job. Rosie butchered her hair! I should have told my daughter to leave the moment she told me Rosie was being really grouchy & negative. My daughter was in tears. Ill never go back or refer anyone again.

Although this is a nice facility I think a persons experience is largely dictated by their hairdresser or stylist. The lady I see here is great so my experience is always positive. In addition to "doing hair" they have a few nail stations and rooms for massages in the back.

I had a wonderful experience at Sanity Salon on Saturday. Charrisa always does a fabulous job with my hair. I have difficulties walking and she is always very helpful and makes me feel very comfortable. All the people at the Salon are very friendly as well. A+ service!

I have been going here for quit sometime. All the girls do a fantastic job for their customers. Michelle is my favorite for me. She will create different styles work with my hair type. And she is just a pleasure to be with. Sanity is a very clean and bright Salon.

Great, friendly service. Rosie now cuts not only my hair, but also my husbands and my granddaughters. Just wish they would lose those green salon chairs! They also do nails and provide other spa services. Very reasonable prices.

My mom and I went in for a facial (me) and she got a massage. She told me it was probably one of the best massages she has ever had. My facial was wonderful! This salon is pretty much full service and I would recommend it to anyone!
