I found Deja Vu when I was searching online for spa. I looked at many places in Goodyear and Phoenix area. I decided to have my treatment done at Deja Vu based on feedbacks their customers left on line. The place is really nice and has a real spa feeling. Great decorations, very clean, the lady at the fron desk was very nice, I did not have to wait a minute, they took me in exactly at the time I had my appointment! They walked me into the room where I was filling out the paper work and waiting for Jennifer. Jennifer came in and we engaged into the conversation. I found out we have a lot in common which helped me to build a rapport with her and release my stress quite a bid. I told her about my previous experiences and I explained to her what my goal is. She was listening very carefully and addressed all my concerns. I was quite happy and I scheduled my next appointment with her, I got appointment confirmation per text and email. My confirmed appointment was on FRI and I got call from them on WED telling me that I can not see Jennifer on FRI because she is not working at the time my appointment was scheduled, when I mentioned that my appointment is confirmed lady on the phone started to blame " a girl" who made the appointment for the mistake. There was no apology, no empathy, no trying to fix the mistake and she never offer any type of compensation ( may be symbolic $10.00 gift card? - which is a nothing compare what are you paying at this place for treatment ), small gesture but huge impact ! Because of them I lost 3 hours vacation time I have already approved and I can not cancel anymore. Lady was arguing with me, talking over me and when I asked for manager she stated there is no manager I could talk to. After repeatedly requesting to speak to manager I got on the phone Jasmine Jimenez who claimed to be a manager. Unfortunately her way to treat the situation was no different. I am extremely disappointed with the way they disrespect customers and customers time, and with the way they are handling situation when they make mistake. It seems they do not value their customers and they dont care if you will use their service or not ( Jasmine Jimenez told me to use another spa !! ) If you are looking for a place where customers are valued and appreciated, place which value your business, if you are looking for a place where customer service is highest priority and customer always come first - this is NOT a spa for you. Their services are very expensive, and I always thought you get what you pay for - unfortunately this is not true at Deja Vu Med Spa.

i would choose no star if i could. do not get botox from Bianca at this place. everytime she gives me 36-40 units it fails and i have been getting botox for years. the only reason i went back is because it is close to my house and i figured maybe it was just me setting my expectations too high. well that is not the case. i did call them after my last visit and they said to come in but instead i filed a charge back and was denied because i signed a no refund agreement which i likely had no idea i was signing. who reads those things, i mean how can you screw up botox multiple times. Im sure there are a lot of happy customers, i am not one of them and will never go to them again for any service. i recommend you ask them to draw up your syringe in front of you like most places do, who knows what they are shooting in my forehead. All i know is whenever i go any place else and pay close to 400 dollars for my forehead, it doesnt have lines nor does it move. shameful to take that kind of money from someone who spends thousands a year on this stuff. good luck to anyone else going there, i myself have moved on and will make sure to repost on these services to remind folks to be careful who you choose for your beauty services.

I have been going here for the past year to get laser hair removal. Everyone who I have talked to there is friendly, and the place always is very nice looking and clean. Sandra, who does my treatments, is always very nice. The only downside is that despite having many treatments (10) my hair doesnt seem to be that much less. I was a bit surprised when I read that other review of the lady saying there was no comp or anything because whenever they got behind and I was taken back late they always apologized and gave me an extra treatment. For me, they were always very friendly and knew how to properly handle an unfortunate situation. I am glad I chose to go with them.
