I dont even know where to start... This lady is so horrible. Shes the worst person Ive ever met in my life. She always says "your so picky" and this and that but shes the one ruining my hair and not even making my hair anything close to how I want it. She texted me one day apologizing for her rudeness and to come in and shell do my hair. Well I went in trusting her, and once again she ruined my hair. She bleached and colored my hair 2 days in a row and both time it came out so so ugly and very brassy orange. Then I went back to her to tone it and my now my base color is reddish brown and my ends are a greyish blue color. I tried texting her and she blocked my number and then I called her salon phone number and she answered and said "Im busy and dont have time for your hair" and then hung up. I called again and she answered and started yelling "you need to stop, youre so picky, and your hair cant go to what you want" and then hung up again... This woman called me her friend. Many times and this is what she does to her friend? I paid her $250 altogether and theres hair stylist who actually know what their doing who wouldve charged me less. This woman is selfish, she doesnt care about her clients not one bit. She is horrible. Please dont ever come here. Id feel so bad if anyone came here and the same thing happens to them. Im crying because I dont know what to do. My hair is already damaged and I dont have another $150 to fix it. Please please dont ever come here to see SOPHIA for hair color. She has no idea what shes doing and you will definitely regret it.

I have been getting my haircut here for several months, my son also. I talked my wife in to trying here. Made an appointment. We received rushed and poor service. We were told several times she had another client that was a walk-in for a massage. She even told us we should reschedule after she cut part of my wifes hair. I consider myself a tolerant man but i cant overlook the disrespect shown my wife. We wont be back.

Sophia did a wonderful job applying just the right amount of pressure during my Swedish Massage. I walked out of Laguna Spa feeling brand new. Will definitely go back!
