My first experience at Elements was for a mani-pedi for the holidays. I generally cant afford it but I wanted to treat myself. It was a wonderful experience, and so I decided to go back and, if they did a good job again, I would allow myself one little extravagance a month. My second visit was relatively mediocre and the woman who worked on me made a few comments about how I should pumice my feet myself before I came. My feet arent particularly nasty and I pumice regularly in the shower, so as you can image, I was a little putoff. I decided to give them one last chance. I have been to salons before for my hair and mani-pedis but the girl just rushed right through my entire appointment. She talked non-stop about her new 2nd job and my polish was horribly thick and would not dry at all. Needless to say, I did not keep my reservation the next time and havent decided to go back. The receptionists were very nice, but the service was not so great.

Went to get pedicure and fill with gel polish. Girl did ok on pedi. She told me she didnt know how to do acrylic fills, which I thought was strange, (she told me later she had been doing nails for 13 years). There was only one person that did acrylic and she was off. She told me about a "new" gel/acrylic fill combo. I did agree due to my schedule, which I shouldnt have. She ended up with red I didnt pick for my color and topped it with a color I did choose. I wanted a design, which she said she couldnt do. She ended up doing what looks like an arrow. The process cost over $100. I wont go back.

I just moved to the Vegas and needed to find a place that offers sugaring instead of waxing. I found this place through Groupon - I figured I might as well try it for a reduced rate before picking my regular spot. Danielle is the only person there who does sugaring I believe. And she was great! I appreciated that she worked in large, long strokes so she could accomplish a lot with each pull. It was less painful and went by very quickly. She was efficient, friendly and nice to chat with.

Cant say enough good things about Elements Spa. I just had the cranberry massage and it was so relaxing. I usually get my hair cut but I decided to treat myself to a massage because I deserve it. Im so glad I did. Im embarrassed to say i fell asleep, but the massage therapist said that was normal. This is probably the most relaxed ive been in a long time. I will definitely be in for the next special they offer.

I had went to get my hair highlighted and it ended up my worst nightmare. Stay away from this place. I went to two girls and I dont know which one was worst. I spent 160 dollars and I have to go to another salon just for them to fix my hair. I called to speak to the owners and of course I have not got a call back. Please Please stay away from this place. my hair will take along time to get back to where it was.

I gave you 1 star for this simple reason. I called and asked what your price was for a "Single Process". The girl who answered had no clue what i was talking about. She said, " Oh highlights Lowlights is that what youre looking for? OMG Why are you the receptionist if you dont know the difference. Study that menu I shouldnt have to tell you what a single process is now should I? NEXT!

I had my hair done by Tevin. He did a cut and full highlight. This is seriously the very best hair cut/color I have ever had. I even had someone who styled hair in LA come up to me and say how well the color was done. I am so happy with how it turned out, I will be going back for sure. Thanks Tevin for a making me a feel a little bit more beautiful today!

Ive been going here for years and just went in for a Travel Zoo deal. I did the facial and body wrap package and it was wonderful. I love getting pampered and I left feeling good. My facial was great, my skin feels refreshed. I bought some skin care products that I cant wait to start using. Thanks ladies!

Very cozy and relaxing! I have been here a couple times for a bikini wax. Nina is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Her work is good--but could be a bit more precise as I came away a bit uneven the first time. But other than that, I recommend it!

I went here when there was a schedule mishap at another salon. They got me in same day and did a great job with my hair. My hair is the healthiest its ever been. I now go there for everything else, like pedicures and massages. Its close to home and they always have great specials.

Reception is very friendly and attentive. Megan & Tryphena for massages & facials are fabulous! Pay attention to detail and happy to make you feel welcome. Only wish they had lockers to use for your belongings and fluffier robes for sensitive skin after a massage.

I recently went into Elements and had a salt glow and a massage. I felt so relaxed the whole time. It seemed just to melt away all of the stress I had. I will be returning shortly to get both treatments done again.

massage therapists are great. getting the reception to keep the scheduling correct is horrendous. and has several times now caused conflict. not harmony and stress free for a spa.
