Two employees here just gave me possibly the worst experience at resort spa Ive ever had. The manager "Daneesha" and the mens bathroom attendant "Artendio", I think. First, Artendio, the mens bathroom attendant, made disrespectful and snide comments to me this evening while I was drying off from my shower. Indeed, I was naked and this employee decided to give me flak for keeping him past 7:00pm by questioning my level of education for pointing out the bathroom clock was broken, and then threatened to complain to the manager for giving HIM attitude. Which he did. This all occurred at 7:05pm this evening. Next, when I finished getting my clothes on, I went to the front desk to tell "Daneesha" (she claimed to be the manager for Red Door), about what happened, she unapologetically told me that it was my word against his. In fact, she kept acting deliberately obtuse by repeatedly asking how his behavior was disrespectful. The entire experience was possibly one of the most humiliating Ive ever had if only because both this young man and his favorite manager felt that degrading naked customers in a spa bathroom is fair game if its five minutes past closing. Lastly, its ironic that this particular spa has such a perfectionistic policy towards its guests when half the lockers are broken or missing locks, the pool is full of debris and badly needs resurfacing, there are pigeon droppings all over the patio furniture and the pool deck, the clocks dont even work, and all the shower sandals are either mismatched or missing altogether. After being a guest for four months at this spa and having this shameful experience, its in the best interest of the general public to know exactly what their getting from this spa.

Nikki is fantastic! I got a facial and it was the most relaxing experience ever. After I was done I used the steam room which was HOT but a very cool experinece. Then I just got to spend time in a quiet room reading a magazine by dim lighting and soft music. Before I new it 2 and a half hours had passed and I had no idea. There is a pool and a hot tub too so if you go bring your bathing suit! The only reason it is 4 out of 5 stars and not 5 out of 5 is because the robes they give you are comfy but so hot in Arizona. They should try something more lightweight.

The Red Door Salon & Spa team were spectacular and extremely accommodating toward my particular request. My massage was relaxing, however the icing of my magical and luxurious day was being able to frolic in the Jacuzzi, naked, under the beautiful clear blue sky, without a care in the world! I felt empowered and re-energized, especially after enduring a family trauma. Oh, please let me not forget to mention the tranquil relaxation room, located on the second floor, it definitely wasnt a disappointment! Team Red Door Salon & Spa, you ROCK!

Had to worst experience, do not come here. I went in for my first time ever to get my ombre lightened up. The hair tech who assisted me had pink hair her name was tiffany. I let her know what I wanted done she said no problem. Just to jump to the point, I went in with blonde ombre and came out with blue/green hair !!! Not to mention the extra amount of bleach that she put in made all my hair start falling out I had to cut 8 inches off. Worst experience ever. Their techs have no idea what theyre doing.

My husband and I had couples massages by Joy and Patricia. This is the second time we have had massages with these ladies, they are just amazing.
