I came here after doing a quick search on Google Maps. First impression was great and this place had a positive vibe. Also the overall ambiance had a rustic feel which made it a unique barber shop in terms of physical appearance. My barber did a good job at initial glance. However, after I got home (and this tends to be the case with things in life), I realized that one side of my hair was much longer than the other after the gel washed off. I thought I could deal with this but the floppy hair just got annoying after a couple of days so I decided to go back to the barber shop to get it fixed. In the face of adversity, the true side of a business comes out. I confronted one of the barbers in the shop about the problem and asked if he could fix it. Instead of taking responsibility of the problem and accepting the critique, he tried to justify that he didnt see an issue with the haircut. Thats when I started to wonder if he had my interests in mind or just trying to save himself time/money. Eventually when I convinced him of the issue, he started interrogating me about who the other barber was, what day I came in, and how there was a miscommunication. Sure these are legitimate questions until he told me that he had the ability to look back at surveillance footage, which points to the true nature of him inquiries- did I actually get a haircut from them. Obviously I told him to look- but he didnt- and instead he reluctantly fixed my haircut. To imagine a business go through so much trouble just to avoid a simple, 5 minute fix to a problem is beyond my comprehension. Instead of fostering relationship with a customer, the business would rather cause the customer to doubt their own judgment and then accuse the customer of wrongdoing is BAD business. Dont get me wrong, I love supporting local businesses but those businesses need to embody the sound, moral principles of its community.

In business for 49 years ,and going strong .Of course they know what they are doing . Dont be a hater. I have been coming here for several years, I explain exactly what I want and thats exactly what I get. A nice high and tight fade that not everyone can do Clip joint Barber Shop gets it right every time. The place is retro with lots of cool old stuff in it that gives you that old Barber Shop feeling ,it reminds me when I was a kid where Dad would take us kids and get a haircut from a real Barber. They have a hair stylist in the banck for all the Ladies hair needs. These guys have Skills and Talent . Friendly atmosphere. Topic of discussion is always interesting and lively. I can say this is where a man comes to be a man.

The Clip Joint Barber shop is the best Barber shop I have ever been too. It is locales in a great little mall with lots of many nice stores ! The Shop is always clean and has a very good vibe ! My barber Naz has a perfect touch. Hes will give you the cleanest cut you can ask for. The nice thing about this place is that it has NO appointments, it has walk-ins only. They have four barbers you can pick your favorite barber or go to Naz, my barber. Theres is always plenty of parking, and they sell very good hair products. Its located next to Sorentos pizza. You will not regret coming to this shop, guaranteed.

Came here on the recomendation of my friends. Glad I did, came in looking pretty bad and walked out all lined up GQ,My wife really liked my hair cut. You have all Topics of conversation are open for discusion, Sports , Politics, Religion, ex Girl friends and any other topics . Just like how I remeber as a kid, a good old BARBER SHOP . They have 2 hair stylist in the back room for Ladies .Now I can too say this is the Best Barber Shop in SAN.PRDRO.

BEST BARBER SHOP IN LOS ANGELES!! Every barber here is great, but once I got my cut by Naz I havent gone anywhere else!! He is on point and as talented as they come. If you care about attention to detail and walking out looking much better than when you walked in, this spot is for you. It has a great friendly barbershop atmoshere, Im tempted to stop by even when Im not getting a cut!

This barber shop is great because no appointments are necessary. They prefer walk-ins and first come first serve. I swing in whenever I need a trim without having to worry about a schedule. Never had a problem and wait always short, sit down, ask for what I want, get what you ask for. Naz is my barber, great conversation, great personality and most importantly great barber.

Found the Clip Joint about two years ago. Simply the best barber and cuts Ive had in the South Bay since Ive been living here for over 35 years. Theyve been in business for over 45 years and I can see why they ate the best in San Pedro. Just had my cut today and found they now have a Hair Dresser for the ladies with coloring, highlights and styling.

This barber shop has been here forever and for good reason. Its the best barber shop in the world and in San Pedro. Nice location, breezy, always fast and quality cuts. Traditional old school with modern upgrades. Dont forget to tip your barbers and this place is cash only to keep the prices low.

The shop is not crowded like at other barber shops, the wait time is not long at all and you will get a quality haircuts by two great barbers. The place has recently been renovated and looks great, stop by and see for yourself. Its in the same parking lot as Sorrentos and Starbucks

This is a top class barber shop. My brother and I switched to these barbers (Naz and Henry) two months ago and we never regret it. It is a great atmosphere and the people are amazing. It is clean, cheap, and smells beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Best barber shop in town by far!
