Okay so I just ordered the VIP car wash. When I first go there everything seems in order they even wash my low car on the side which is really cool! Then things go south after I pull my car into the drying station and it get "finished" so I usually tell the guys working about the little spots and be on my way... Well not today, I go over and start inspecting the car to see if they missed anything. Outside still has bird poop on it on the hood, driver side fender, passenger fender, both doors, rear trunk and as well as both rear quater panels. The guy starts to work on the missed spots and I start to check the interior. As I start to look around I see that there is still dust on the all over the backside of my car I own a 350z and the car has a glove and a sub behind the seats which has not even been touched... I ask if they can clean that because they didnt even bother to move the seats. They thought I wouldnt notice and tryed to get away with it and send me on my way, also I notice they havnt vaccumed the car out at all. I recently went to the track so there are all the tiny rocks still in there from the track day. After I tell them about the problem they tell me to move my car back to the previous station to get it touched up. I have been waiting for 20 mins (not a long time I want them to get it right on this 3rd try so I am patiently waiting at this point) they call me over again to say the car is done. As I look around there are water spots and still all the bird poop spots still there.... they tell me it will be cleaned. As I inspect the interior again I notice that there is still dust on the inside of the door and on the back hatch of the car and I whip my fingers across to show them that the car is still dirty and they need to whip it down. The guy tells me that is detailing and we have already spent an hour on your car... (when I had only been there for 20 mins). I go inside to let the manger know to hopefully get the car whipped down and cleaned like I paid for. The manager tells me that they only whip the car down when the product he sold me states that the interior and exterior will be WASHED! The manger starts to yell because I am not happy and want it to be clean he tells me I need to go back to school because I dont understand what I paid for. He says that I did not pay for a detail(which I know, I just want it to be whiped down and not dirty. Not asking for a full detail just to be clean.) and that is deatiling work. He says it will not be done and that I need to leave. Now I have to get all of those spots that I paid for to be removed out by doing it myself after I spent my own money at this establishment. Very horrible customer service, the manger is not a happy man and couldnt help me out with such a small task. Overall I recommend never to bring your car to this car wash in fear of the same thing happening to you and your car!

used to have car washed there on a weekly basis, however the one time i was not happy about the way it was cleaned. I called to discuss it and spoke to a female that proceeded to tell me "you have to let us know before you leave" i explained that i thought it looked great when i was there, but when i got home and the lighting was different ... then i could see streaks and areas that were not wiped.. she was So Combative, i just left it alone and did not go back. until recently that jersey boys was closed for repair that i gave them another chance....and i will wait for jersey boys to open next time.

Been coming here for sometime and for the first time they let me down big time. I have dime size chips in the paint. The chips are down to the metal and they are fresh. Its very clear it was them. I caught it about one hour after I parked and they completely denied it. First the ticket guy said it was already there and that it was the only chip, until we walked around the car and saw I had more, like 8 more chips. He continued to deny it.

WOW! The service here is 10 star! 5 star is not enough.! i wish other businesses would take lessons from these guys... i never thought a car wash could impress me. i left not only with a clean car but feeling like these guys could run any business and be successful at whatever they decide to do. They go beyond good customer service! Very caring and hands on! i will never go anywhere else.

Pretty good job for just $13, that got us a hand wash and vacuum and our car was filthy! Now it looks good enough to sell and thats exactly why we got cleaned by Miamis. They have good service, friendly, polite information about the different options you can choose from; theyre easy to find, its easy to drive in and job done in just over 1/2 hour. Thanks guys!

Recommend. Professional, friendly. Good service. Good detail department. Would have been five stars, but I have found wax residue in the seams on my rear view mirrors. However, Ive never been to a car wash that did not miss removing a little wax from somewhere on my car. I know they get busy, but I pay good money for a "complete detail job".

my car was recently painted and the painters left some of that white stuff that gets on your car when you paint so I took it and asked them to detail it and he said no problem when I showed him what I wanted done paid 40 bucks and Theresa still white crap on my car, got some of it off not all of it

I have been to all of the car washes along Gaffey in San Pedro. Miamis is the best value and the only place I go. The crews do a very good job. I have yet to be disappointed. Give them a try and tip them well.

They took great care of my bike! Came in with swirl marks on the tank and they buffed it and hand polished it. Came out looking amazing! These guys are awesome, very meticulous and know what they are doing.

Their detailing has gone up in price and down in quality. Never going back. Dressing on mini detail was applied less than neatly and is sticky. Water drops everywhere. Really bad!
