Power went out or something happened and there was no effective backup. 30min or less express hand wax was more like an hour (I expected delays but another 30 mins. Saw a car come from being hand washed and still had soap suds that started to dry on another car. Dust is flying in the area which may cause scratches as you wipe down the car (Im watching them still work on my car). In addition with the dust/sand flying around, my doors were all open leaving it venerable to having dust/sand in the car. No restrooms due to construction of the whole building. Will update once I get my car back. Oh and dust/sand blowing on a car completely covered in wax?!?! Again, scratches I am sure of!!! Wait just saw something else, snacking and drinking while washing someones car means your hands with food particles is touching a car you are "cleaning!" Snack after youre done with the car and ensure you wash your hands, not use the towel you are wiping the car down with!!! After thought, if I do debt and get tip of $5, please provide $1 bills so we can determine what we will tip after viewing the car. Changed to 2 star because I can see their diligence in wiping down the cars. Otherwise Id rather go to the grove, valet my car and have them wash it cause its cheaper and very good. Switched back to it one star because the watermark on my windows and other Mark I dont know what theyre from also theres some stuff on The metallic accents on my car

Ive been a customer of Carson Car Wash since 2010. I brought my car twice a month and I didnt have much problem. I brought my car today 09/11/13 around 4:10PM for a good clean/wash. I consulted the staff if what kind of wash Ill get to get rid of the tiny spots in my white 2012 Countryman Mini Cooper car. He said the Clay cleaning. Since Ive been a customer for 3 years, I was confident they will get the job done and so I paid $89.00. After theyre done with my car, it looked clean and shiny but tiny spots are still there. I was okay with that thinking the Clay cleaning cannot really take the spots out. The worst thing was they made a lot of scratches at the right side rear door of my car. You can see the scratches are repeated and its very obvious that they resulted from too much repeated rubbing of something that is not smooth. They are trying to deny it and said the scratches could be there before I brought the car to their place. I am pretty careful and sure that I dont have scratches in my car except the one scratch at the compartment side. I felt so upset that youre too careful with your car and you paid this car wash to clean your car and youll get scratches for free. They want me to come back to do the buffer for free. How could I trust them again? It was very upsetting. I was mad.

Yesterday at Carson Car Wash I received the worst car wash Ive had in awhile. The back seats and surrounding area were not wiped down at all. It was left completely dusty. The exterior mirrors werent wiped, so there were dried water drops. A long runny spot on the front bumper left by a bird was not attended to. Et cetera, et cetera. I was going to say something after I got in the car and noticed the seats and mirrors, but was in a hurry. So I just left, vowing to never return, and to write this review. It took about two minutes with a wet towel to take care of these issues. But thats whats being paid for, right? Never again.

Carson Car Wash been going there since I was lets say three years old Im 43 it went through two owners now the third owner is put a lot of money into it apparently hes telling me that theres three phases right now theyre on the second face theyre putting a Starbucks right on the corner where it used to be a dairy drive-thru and a gas station I dont know if anybody remembers that but anyways Ill give it a five stars the Ambiance is pretty nice they played great music and free coffee cant meet us at Starbucks

Avoid this place! Took my in car in only to find water spots on WHOLE one side of the car. The midget manager refused to refund my money or run it through the MACHINES again - Insisting the spots would ONLY be removed with clay wax! What a joker! I even grabbed a towel and cleaned off the spots in front of him! But he rather get in a physical altercation. Im going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Check yelp for more up to date reviews.

Carson Car Wash is Great! Just got my car wash and they did a Great Job @ it. PLUS they have this new company there that fixed my windshield, and since I had USAA the military insurance it didnt even cost me anything. I said it was FREE, they said it was at No Cost, same difference to me. Gotta Love that Chipio Team, Go check them out and ask for the manager special @ the wash, they gave me a great Wax @ a cheap price.

I typically keep my car in great condition, but I even I was surprised by the great job that these guys did on my dark colored BMW. My car, which succumbs to the tough conditions of Carson, CA (parking, driving and weather) looked brand new inside and out. They buffed out the swirls and small marks and the car felt like glass. They took their time (about 3-4 hrs), which tells you they are doing it right.

Every time I have left after having my car washed here I felt ripped off and angry at myself for going here. One time I even had to call them and come back because something had not been finished. I dont mean to bash, just being honest, but I would rather drive around in a dirty car with dried acid rain on it then to spend my money getting a wash here.

Great job on the car. Nice drying detail esp. on windows. The only "complaint", if you would call it that, is that the vacuuming is not consistent. Its a hit and miss every time I bring my car. I havent been coming long enough to know if this a new thing or if it only occurs a certain time of the day. Either way a solid 4 stars.

The worst experience. I paid for the deluxe and they didnt clean the back windows on the inside and they didnt vacuum the back hatch even though I opened the doors for them. The overall vacuum job was terrible and I still had water spots on my car. NEVER GOING BACK!

Paid $23 for them to wash our car we got in the car and it barely looks wiped down theres still a coffee stain where my coffee dripped the windows still have spots ect this is crazy never going there againin so pissed if it wasnt so hot I would go back

Carson car wash is way too exspensive now thanks to the manager with the big beard!!!! Who by the way is very MEAN and CRUEL to his employees and All customers! I witness him chewing out his employees in spanish who were just doing a good job!!!!!!!!!
