This place is going downhill the quality of work is not good at all!! My husband and I take both our cars here but the last few times they really did an awful job!!! I just went there on 8/3 and you cant tell during the day but at night all my windows were streaked and the outside had streaks on it, We own a black car so you can see all the streaks, even with our other car you can see the poor work they do!! We will not come back to this carwash ever I will drive to Lennox carwash they do excellent work its just far ,so we started coming to you because its right down the street,but you guys changed workers or something but these guys suck!!! I wont suggest your carwash ever again. And to top it off I had a card that you stamped every time I came but the last few times the lady came stamping the same number I mentioned it to her and she said she didnt do that. Very poor customer service . My husband will drive farther to get our car washed at least we will have a clean car. I wouldnt even give you a star but the least you can pick to rate this car wash. You went downhill fast. You might want to tell your workers to use clean towels!!! Just a suggestion. Will NEVER come here again!!!!

Unfortunately, this place is extremely poorly run. My car went into the wash tunnel, the hand washing people kind of loafed around on it, didnt really get all areas. Then, when it went under the rinse section, it turned off 1/3 of the way through for 5 minutes and my car just sat there letting the soap dry. When it finally started up again and sent my car out the other end, again, it just sat there for 8 minutes in the sun before someone took it over for drying, so it air dried for the most part. Very low quality place.

I wish I can add some pictures! I got the cheapest "package" and I guess that means the cheapest work quality! I took pics of the inside when I got in the car, still dusty, crumbs on the gear shift (yes, Im a slob), and dog hair still on my seats....but thats why we go to the car wash. I ask for my trunk to be vacuum and my back seat (dog hair) I was flabbergasted by the sloppy job I started snapping pictures. Horrible! I was so disappointed.

The vacuuming job was very poorly done. Not only was there a lot of dog hair left in the backseat area, but there was dirt and dust left on the sides of all the seats and the passenger area. Very lightly cleaned. Just a wipe down job. For $16.00 plus tip you can get a much better job elsewhere. This happened to me once before there but I thought Id give it a second try. I most certainly will not give it a third try.

I went to the bubble wash and the service was Luke warm. It seemed they didn’t really care if you got your car washed there or not. When they were done I had steaks all over my car and lint form the drying cloth they used everywhere. I even had to ask the guy to get a couple of spots that were missed. You can go if you want but I won’t go back because of the service and the crappy wash I received. Ken

I went twice, the first time they didnt do a good job, I returned another day since i live close by and it was worst like they didnt even vacuum the car. I talked to the secretary and employee and no apology or effort to make things right. I had even tipped the employees both times. They have so many employees and I dont understand how they can mess up so bad on a carwash.

First time for me, got the package number 2 and tipped $5 to soon find out the wheels still had brake dust and the dash and seats still dirty. I personally wont be going back. Wash took around 25min on a friday afternoon.

Paid $6 to have them lock my keys in my car and wait 45 minutes before breaking into my car. Literally no mention of sorry or offer to incentivize me to come back and give them a 2nd chance.

Takes time little bit more than expect, but their work quality is not bad. Currently, I go to this place for carwash before business stuff comes up.
