I was at home 30 minutes before my appt when I received a phone call saying they need to cancel my appt due to the therapist having an emergency. I understand that emergencies happen, but they never have a backup plan. Plus my new therapist is leaving. She is my FOURTH therapist! They cant seem to keep therapists at this place. Maybe management needs to look at themselves in the mirror because Ive had therapists vent to me about it in the past. With all that said. I cancelled my membership. I would rather pay more money for some consistency.

I went to Hand & Stone for a 1 Hour Facial yesterday. It was my first visit there & I received the introductory price. The staff at the front desk were very nice and the Esthetician, Rita, was phenomenal! She took my special needs in to consideration & delivered a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I will be back!

I always love my time spent here. From the moment I walk in ,Im greeted and helped immediately. I fall asleep during my massage and I always get the best facials. I walk out glowing and totally relaxed. Ive been a member since e the day they opened and love every moment Ive spent there.

Clean and Relaxing Lobby. Friendly Staff!!! My massage therapist was very compassionate about what areas i wanted word at. Although she talked a little more than i normally like during a massage, I was in a good mood and didnt mind the concentration. I will return!!

It wasnt what I normally expect. She hit my pressure points instead of a massage. Im bruised & very sore today. She also left the room after my treatment & never came back. I thought that was weird, Ive never had that happen & have been coming here since it opened.
