We purchased a hot tub from them and love it, so we went back and purchased a gas fire place from them. The stove made it thru the winter and then went out. They came out and fixed it, but when I turned it on a few hours later to check it, it was not working - this happened a few times. Luckily it was summer and we didnt need to use the fireplace. This became a mystery project for them. At one time they had 3 of their people here all trying to figure it out. They even brought the factory rep out who got it working and just as he was leaving we heard a puff sound - the pilot went out and he started all over again working on it. They came out so many times and never complained. If we had bought this off the internet it would have been a nightmare for us. Their service was above and beyond and in the end they replaced the fireplace with a new one, which they had offered us earlier. When I went to go buy hot tub supplies from them, I saw they fixed the original one and now use it for the store.

Went into buy a fireplace insert in March, gave a deposit as requested and all was good, but went downhill fast! Whenever an appointment was set up they didnt show up for weeks. Then had to special order front panel for $250.00 but when we canceled order because they wanted the balance up front, which we were never told until 2 day before it was to be installed, we were told the panel was now $450.00!!! The extra $200.00 was for a panel WE NEVER RECEIVED! Bad business. Will never go there again.

I purchase a hot tub from them and we absolutely love it! Theres nothing better than jumping into a hot tub when its foggy and cold. Sean gave us a great deal on the tub, delivered it and set it up for us. When I have questions about the tub, they are always helpful and have the chemicals and supplies I need. These are down-home, local folks that I can trust.
