Ms.Olivia is an Amazing colorist, I had bright red hair and she was able to remove all the pigmentation and turn me into an ash brunette with silver ombre and did not damage my hair that had been died red for a continuous year long, so you can imagine how much color buildup I must have had and for my hair to turn out as she changed it for me, I am so impressed and happy with my results
