I needed to purchase a 510Si photo printer for an event I’m holding in San Francisco on 10/27. Ralph spoke with me several times on the phone and was very helpful. I asked if I could come see the printer and demo it with my current setup. He said yes so I drove and hour on 10/13 and took a vacation day off work to do just that. Upon arriving I spent 2.5hrs getting the run around from Ralphs boss, the owner Dio Renden. Dio would never come out and talk to me and would not let me demo the printer. He stated that I could purchase it and take it home to see if it would work with my setup. He promised that it it didnt work, then I could return it for a full refund. So, I purchased the printer and tested it at home. To my surprise, it did not function as promised, so I returned the printer on 10/18 in the same condition I received it. Dio has not given me any of my money back and has been ignoring my calls. He refuses to call me and tell me why he will not refund my money. I find that this is basically stealing. I need these funds to purchase another printer brand from a different distributor in order to meet our deadline for the event. Do not trust these people!

Hollywood Pro Weddings

Today we drove out from Hollywood stuck in horrible friday traffic to get there just as they were closing. We needed a printer for a HUGE show we were shooting this weekend. Not only did they stay late to make sure were able to get our printer and media kits, but they stayed and showed us how to set it up, and even let us bring our lap top in to make sure it worked. It was TRUE customer service at its finest, George, Ruben, and Albert were so very helpful and answered every question we had... they let us video them putting the paper in just so I could remember. I can NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about this place!! Thank you, thank you, thank you.. you have a customer for life and I will be sending business your way!!

Worst online customer experience with this website. These guys have lots of hidden fee and only do transactions through wire transfers; costing their customers additional $30-40 easy in the process. On top of that, they incur unexplained something they like to call third party fee which you do not get a heads up for at the time of order. We missed our shipment due to their unexplained billing procedures and the additional extra fees. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for an easy to order and pleasant online shopping experience. Brace yourselves for lots of hindrances and unexpected fees in the ordering process.

Fabulous customer service! We placed an order for a printer and some paper and because we worried that it wouldnt make it in time for our event, we ordered two day shipping. After I placed the order, Cindy contacted me to let me know that their regular shipping (which was free) would get to our location in two days, she also let me know that there was a special on the printer that would give us an extra roll of paper for free. Not only did she save us $80 on shipping, but we got some extra paper too! We will for sure be ordering from them again!

I have purchased from foto club several times and had great service. This week I ordered on their website and after a couple of days they called to tell me the paper I ordered was a special order and wanted to know if I wanted to back order it. If its not in stock, the website should tell you that!
