We were this PM at house of printing we were greeted by a vicious dog no people around and finally a woman step between the dog and I but didnt stop and he was trying to get around... No welcome no hello and suddenly a man came out grab the dog didnt even look at us threw the dog in another room slam the door very loudly then went back to his office same way slam his door. then the lady turn and went in her office and slamed her door too without any acknowledgment or greeting of any kind they left us looking at each-other as is we had been caught in a "twilight zone" experience. We waited for a few minutes, since we were in shock at what just happen. So we decided to leave. And give our money to another place since this one doesnt seem to any! Good Job!

We used House of Printing for the printing of our company business cards and letterhead. We specifically selected the use of a Pantone color so the ink color would exactly match our company logo colors. Unfortunately the result was a washed out version of the true PMS color and our business cards, being so light, were unreadable. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were given a poor excuse that PMS colors vary and that was why the printed materials were a different color than our specified PMS color; The House of Printing was not willing to correct the problem so we would never use them again and certainly would not recommend them.

Family owned and operated. Great work and equally great reputation. Union print shop so prices are slightly higher, but well worth it (and fare wages is a commitment). Customer service is unmatched anywhere. Need it done at a certain date/time...they make it happen.
