Crappy company. Their customer service sucks. I work for a sign shop and I order our business cards for our customers thru them. They have messed up once. And honestly they suck at explaining the process and what to do. Their customer service sucks. Then I needed to order 500 flyers for myself and not the company and I was amazed how crappy I was treated from being a company to an individual. I sent the flyers proof in and it needed a bleed which is stupid and I couldnt do a bleed and I was willing to pay a fee for them to do it. He said we cant do that. I said Ill pay the fee he said no. Then I said Ill have to cancel my order he said there would be a $50 if we did the bleed. Im like thats crazy! Then I go to cancel my order hes like ok but we only give inhouse credit. Im like are you joking this is on my personal card not the company so its not like Ill ever order again. Thats a joke thats like robbing someone of their money. I seriously will never ever order from this company again. My company may but I will never and I will never give them a good name and will never refer this company to anyone.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKES HOURS TO ANSWER THE PHONE. There is no managers to help you. Very bad service. Very disappointed, when you place a ticket number they dont reply back to you AFTER DAYS, LACK OF SERVICE. When you want to speak with their manager they send you to voice mail. If you have a job pending and there is something wrong, good luck because this company wont take the time to help you. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE SERVICE, AFTER YEARS USING ZOO PRINTING... EVEN RUSH ORDERS ARE DELAY.

Great Service Super Products! I have been using Zoo Printing for 4 1/2 years now and I am always amazed at the high quality products that they deliver and a great price. Yes, there have been mess ups and they have always come through and fixing the issue. This is rare though. I will continue using Zoo Printing in the future. My clients love the products that they get from Zoo Printing and really makes my business shine!

They always get my job out on time, and wont hold up your job without contacting you, which is what printers are supposed to do but never do. Customer service is excellent, the quality is excellent. They have an online proof option which will save you headaches down the line. Best of all, most papers have a "go green" option. Ive printed about 10 jobs with them in the last three months.

I have had issue after issue with this print shop. I have had double sided business cards printed incorrectly with the wrong image all together as well as color shift on multiple projects. I was also told by the manager that pantone colors are not guaranteed after setting up a job with pantone colors from their request.

Dont trust this company never!!!!! If I can give 0 I will.I ordered pens for my costumer and I received late. And pens broke. The costumer wanted to return and refund.It is 30 days they didnt refund and now they are saying that they refunded already. They are lying.Dont trust and Dont do business with them.

Strongly recommend this company to anyone who is in the print or graphics industry. The quality is great and the prices are even better. 98% of the time everything that I have printed has been great, and when I have any problems they always fix it. Thanks for existing ZOO PRINTING!
