Despite the friendliness of the receptionist, there is nothing professional about this company what so ever. They produced one of the shoddiest jobs Ive ever seen in my entire 20 years of working with printers. The job was almost 6 weeks late. The ink was peeling off the paper, the scoring (folding edge) was badly cracked and the trimming of the piece was about .25" crooked, and warped. These pieces went out to my clients (unseen by me) as a representation of my company. DO NOT USE THIS PRINTER. I wasted my money and it was a hard-learned lesson I dont want anyone else to have to go through.

I love print. Vic an his team totally helped me out of a jam I was in, and walked me through everything. Long story short, I needed a booklet, business cards, and flyers the next day and my boss gave me a SMALL budget, near impossible.... Thanks DtLP
