The quality is decent, but I have had to have several orders reprinted, and several orders were late. If it is their color mistake they argue with you. Ive had enough! And if they are late, tough. Customer service is poor. When I call or email the customer service manager, maybe his name is Joe, he is very slow to respond, and isnt very friendly. Dont take any chances with them - especially if you have any sort of time frame - it will be broken. The owner doesnt follow through if you call him - incompetence starts at the top I guess. Some advice: Hire people who know WTF they are doing.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with this company. They are professional and fast with responses. Their prices are fair and affordable. I needed a job done in a short amount of time and they pulled through for my company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Stay away from this place. If you respond to a craigslist ad for a job, dont be suprsised if the whole thing looks weird and unkempt. Then again dont be suprised if someone named "Raj" makes you wait an hour and a half for an interview.
