I came to Indie Printing to get various labels made for my small business. Over the course of 2 months, I worked with 3 different employees, which made the process prolonged and confusing. I found out a day before my deadline that my order was misquoted. This made me decide to cancel my order, since the new quote would have been way too expensive. I canceled my order and asked for a full refund, when lead to a rude phone call from Wayne who questioned and argued against my cancellation. Through my time working with the various Indie Printing employees, I recieved poor customer service, which in turn resulted in my company missing our deadline and being extremely inconvenienced. I only decided to write this review because I wanted to express how disappointed and upset I was with the customer service I recieved, and hope that this honest review helps to make a change in the company so that other customers do not get the same experience.

Indie Printing is an excellent print shop in Los Angeles area. They can handle a variety of printing needs for you, and their quality is in favorable ratio over pricing . Oleg, I believe the owner is professional and friendly. He will advise you how to enhance your project if he sees any areas of improvement in your own design.
