I had RR come out and replace my heating and A/C system back in November of 2013. They did a great job and had my new system up and running within 48 hours. They even discovered cracks in the heating elements of the old system which would eventually lead to carbon monoxide leaking from the furnace. When they removed the old furnace, I saw the cracks and I feel very lucky they found the problem. I have two systems as well and asked about replacing the second one in the near future. I was quoted a very reasonable price and will be replacing it using RR next summer. Now here is the sign of a really good company. I called last night because the A/C from the new unit was not working and only blowing hot air. I called the emergency number and was called back within 15 minutes. Richard assured me he would have someone out to my house between 8AM and 9AM the next morning. The truck arrived at exactly 8AM making me very happy. The problem was fixed in a matter of minutes and we turned the visit into one of my twice a year service calls, so I wasnt even charged. I have had great service from RR (including the replacement of my electrical panel) and will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends and family. They are a very professional company with excellent customer service. By the way, they were recommended to me by my neighbors who had them completely rewire their house. That make two of us on the block who like this company.

My air-conditioner went out on Monday night. Jose, of RR Electric came out on Tuesday to fix my unit. He got my air-conditioner to work but noticed some additional problems with my unit. He needed to order some more parts and said he would return on Friday to finish the job. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful technician in Jose. He explained what needed to be done and finished in an expeditious manner. Jose was also very respectful in doing his work, careful not to track any dirt into my house. Great service. The disconnect switch broke when I went to turn on the condenser unit after maintenance. Took only 2-3 hours. The receptionist was good. She had my information entered in a few minutes and paged a technician. Five minutes later, she called to let me know who the technician would be and that he would be arriving in the hour. Richard came out within the hour. He replaced the disconnect box and fuses. He also looked into the cooling issue weve been having and fixed that too. He went the extra step and let me know that the return was restrictive; with the math to support it and possible solutions.

Landlord found RR to come out and give us a 20point Furnace inspection, our assigned Technician was delayed and Jennifer, the office manager informed us so versus the normal missed 4hour windown/no phone call. Jason showed up and was very pleasant and very infomative. He completed the inspection and gave us a thourough break down of what we needed to do to upgrade. The office is run well and the Techs are Tops... Anytime I have Heating or A/C issues, RR is who Ill call!!

Our air stop on a Saturday when it was over 100 degrees. Called RR. Jose was here with in half an hour. Told us the bad news needed a new unit. Ugh! Got us an appt as quickly as possibly. Tuesday. In the mean time Jose lent us 2 room coolers. We were up and running in two days. Took longer than normal because it was difficult taking the old heater out. Both days the crews were great

I needed some work done rewiring a 2 post lift at my brothers shop. The technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. The price was a little bit out of my budget but good work isnt cheap and it was well worth it. Really appreciated there service and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I had an old HVAC system and disintegrating ducting. Richard and his very professional team diagnosed the problems including asbestos on the ducts. They coordinated the asbestos removal and the new system and ducting were installed very professionally and on schedule. They did a great job!
