I would highly recommend Campbell & Co. for HVAC and/or electrical work in your home. These guys were always respectful of me and my property. Chatting with Cassie at the Costco kiosk and getting a time scheduled for a meeting with their sales personnel was very easy. I met their sales rep., Damian Erickson, at my home and we discussed several options regarding heating and cooling. Then we got to the electrical panel. I had a fuse box. Bring it up to code. Brand new breaker box installed. Old furnace was under my house in the crawl space. Not a fun place to have to change filters, etc. My new furnace is now in my house proper and only had to move my dryer and change the door swing. Campbell did it all. Damian was fabulous through all of this. He was a huge help in getting things in place for the installation. I dont know if I could have done this without his help. This not to say we didnt run into a few glitches in the plan. I have an old house and would venture to guess that the furnace that was replaced was approximately 50 years old and still doing the job. Asbestos tape wrapped around all my duct work held things up a bit, but again, Campbell came through with the proper company to remove the asbestos. This is a big project and I needed financing. Campell recommended Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union and gave me the internet address to apply. They had me approved for the whole project in less than a week. The installation was completed about a week ago and I love going home to my cool house (although we havent had the blistering heat yet). The areas they worked in, the guys cleaned up their mess like they were never there. I nothing but positive things to say about the entire Cambell crew.

Holy cow this was an expensive half hour! I had some water leaking out of my furnace and decided to give Campbell & Company a call. My wife did some calling around and their price to come out ($79) was in line with some of the other options in town. I had a suspicion what the issue was, but decided to let a professional handle it. It turns out that the pipe for evaporated liquid was clogged with a buildup of Algae. The repair required about 15 minutes to cut the pipe and flush it with a little bit of water....that part was billed to us at $92.25! He also decided to put some algae tablets into the pan.....for that we were billed an additional $36.50 (which we didnt ask for or authorize)! Keep in mind that 6 of these tablets costs $3.48 at home depot...or you can get them for less than $0.10 each on amazon in bulk. The technician was nice and professional, but with a total bill of $225 for 30 minutes of work, its tough to recommend that......He spent the other 30 minutes looking at our AC unit (which we didnt ask for) and suggested a tune up...but we opted not to. After calling Campbell and Company to discuss the algae tablets charge, the agreed to refund this in the form of a credit to Campbell and Company. Id rather have the money, but Ill be able to get some filters from them in the future. I still think we paid too much for the service that we received, but at least their customer service was willing to work with us to try and make things better. Thats worth 3 stars.

This is copied from a fb post I made for my friends to see. I feel, even after, this still accurately sums up my feelings now that our new system is installed- When we had our first issue with our a/c this summer, we starting getting prices for a new unit (just in case). We got quotes from 3 different companies. We had decided when we were ready to upgrade our system wed go through Campbell & Company. Today was the day. Met with their comfort advisor and they will be installing the whole thing Monday. Now let me tell you some reasons why Im so happy with this company: - They were great at getting us back all available rebates for our new Lennox system. - They brought us a portable a.c. unit and set it up so our house will be bearable til Monday - They do all the paperwork to make sure you get a $1250 rebate from Pacific Power - Every time any of their employees enter your house, they put little bootie covers over their shoes. - They are available 24 hours a day every day of the year! Im sure there are probably some other reasons. But Im so happy with them right now, I wanted to let everyone know I highly recommend them.

We had their maintenance program. For around three hundred, theyd send a tech out to check the system. Theyd also replace the filters for about fifty a pop. For the last couple years, our HVAC system has labored to keep up with the heat of Desert Aire, Washington. We had a local guy check the system and he recharged it. Before, we made sure the vent deflectors directed air at us to squeeze every bit of cooling we could get. After it was charged, we turn the deflectors around, since it cools so well. In summary, I am not impressed with Campbells performance. I questioned it earlier because I discovered theyd crushed one of the flexible supply tubes, when they were installing it, to get it through a wall. Very little air was getting through. I cut the paneling some more and the vent is working well now. All in all, not a good record for a very expensive install and maintenance fee. We go elsewhere now. _______________________________________ NOTE: You can buy filters with a high MERV rating on line for less than half the tech has to charge for his employer.

My experience with the Campbell Company, from start to finish, has been nothing but great. Their friendly sales rep, Damian Erickson, answered all of my many questions and concerns carefully and fully. In September, Campbell installed a complete central heating and air conditioning system in my home. An amazing team of 8 to 10 technicians - contractors, electricians, journeymen and helpers - worked diligently for about 6 hours in the basement and crawlspace of my house. It was evident each knew their job well. Every one introduced themselves, were very polite and careful not to damage or soil anything. I love the touch screen thermostat which keeps the house at the exact level I set it, and I like knowing the percentage of humidity in the air Im breathing. The furnace did need some adjustment, and a technician was quick to come out and make it. Since then it has been working great. I appreciate the ease of communication, be it text or phone, and Campbells prompt responses. Great company and great people to work with.

We had great luck with Campbell and Company. We were referred by friends who also were happy with there work. We have an older home but they were able to install and fit everything we wanted (replace old furnace and put in a new ac unit). I was able to get a consultation very quick after I called and got a quote on the spot. When we did decide to go with them we had our new stuff installed within a couple weeks and were enjoying our new AC in our house (after being without for 11 years). Every one I dealt with was very professional and it was easy to get ahold of someone if I had questions. I personally dealt with Damian who was excellent to work with. Thanks Campbell and Company!
