As a long time customer of supper cuts I have had a pleasant experience at many of their locations in the Los Angeles area, unfortunately the location on Fair Oaks is one location that lacks adequate quality management and needs improvement in its customer service skills. I was a customer at this location for two months, and my experience was not very pleasant. The first time I when in the the stylist did a poor job on my haircut. I when back a second time a few weeks latter with the same stylist and I had the same problem, I brought it to the stylists attention that my hair was uneven and asked if she could fix it, which she did but was bothered I asked. I simply switched stylist the next few times and had a better experience. What truly bothered me about this location beyond the quality of haircut they provide is the lack of professionalism in the manager who was on the phone taking personal calls and was not discreet one bit. Normally I wouldnt make this such a big deal but when the a manager/front desk personnel makes you wait to check in simply because she doesnt want to end her conversation seems truly rude and disrespectful to the customer. I could go on and on about this place and experiences of others but I rather not. What I will say is I would rather drive an additional 5 miles out of my way than return to this supper cuts. Hope the owner of this location can make long needed changes to increase business and to truly give the customer a better experience.

Service is down right terrible here. Even with an appointment, you usually have to wait at least 20-30 minutes. The staff at the front desk is typically abrupt, if not rude. The stylists themselves are better, but there is so much turnover there that you can tell they put little thought into how they cut your hair. As far as results go, the quality of the haircut is a solid 1 on a 5 point cut. They frequently leave different portions of my hair at different lengths and only remedy it when I point it out.The only reason I keep going back is because all the other places around are much more expensive. I guess you truly get what you pay for.

Called ahead and made an appointment fro 12:30 pm and arrived at 12:15 pm. The girl behind the register told me 10 more minutes. At 1:15 pm I went up to let her know I was still waiting and she again said 10 minutes. After 90 minutes of waiting I was finally helped. The guy who cut my hair was a little too fast and smacked the comb against my head a few times without apologizing. Will be hard to return after this experience.

In the past i have gotten my hair cut at this same supercuts and had a terrible experience. As of a few hours ago i gave it a second chance and i absolutely love my haircut i LOVE IT!!! I got about 6-7 inches taken off i love my hair so much she listened to the details i asked for i really wish i wouldve gotten her name. Ive gotten my hair cut more than 20 times in my life and this was one of the two experiences that were great.

They told me the wait was 20 minutes on a Tuesday afternoon. After 45 minutes, I just got up and left after being passed over multiple times. Two of the eight chairs were active; six sat empty. The two women working were talkers and worked very slowly. Apparently its pretty commonplace for them to be understaffed. A complete waste of time.

They wouldnt let me speak on the phone and ask my question I had about the rates. She was kind of rude on the phone and screaming and talking, that my voice wouldnt even be heard. Not helpful, and I will not be going to them after the experience just on the phone.

Always great. Ive been going here for my hair cuts for quite some time and Ive only had one that I wasnt totally satisfied with over the years. All the stylists are very qualified and usually very friendly too. Great place for a decent styling at a good price.

Waited 45 minutes and the cut took about 2 (OK, maybe 5). And it looks like it. Short on one side, long on the other. She did not listed to anything I requested. The good thing is I can have a really short hair cut now and wait for it to grow again.

Called ahead and got an appointment. Was seen at the appointed time. My needs are simple, and they were fulfilled here, quickly! Pros: Follow directions Cons: Found another place that was much cheaper (but took twice as long)

In the clutch I needed quick haircut for a job fair and I may have got lucky with rain but I was immediately helped. Rusina understood my rush and did a great job while giving good pointers on my hair. Great job!

Probably the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. The stylist did not speak very good english and had to be prompted repeatedly to do what Id asked for. Like most bargain places, its a roll of the dice.

To expensive for a guys haircut. Used to be $15 then $18 now $20. Sometime the hair dressers dont get it right but overall great place to get a snip.

Great staff and the manager, Linda, is really wonderful. Clean store and many of the technician have been here 10 plus years.

My grandson (16 y/o) is always happy with his cut. I wish they took credit cards over the phone so I could pre-pay remotely.

Good customer service, if they disagree in any topic they insist in their being right. I didnt feel right about that.

Worest place ever , that was a very bad experience. They dont know anything about hair styles or even a blow dry
