I was discriminated against by the blonde girl today- i am guessing she may have been a manager or supervisor. I went with my family while one was getting his haircut. I have a trained licenced and certified service animal that was properly identified. The blonde lady that was cutting hair was yelling at me to get my dog out. She told me dogs were not allowed. I was so embarrassed and started to have a panic attack. She told me i could not wait and if i wanted to bring a dog inthere i would need to pay for a haircut. My family member quickly staed he would pay. By the time he was helped i was able to get calmed down as my service animal did exactly what she was supposed to do. I am a military veteran served for 19 years medically discharged. I am allowed to wait for my family member as she allowed the other family members to wait for their family to get a haircut. I politely asked to cancel my haircut and informed the nice check in lady that the blonde female did wrong and explained why. When i left the blonde lady again made a scene in front of all the customers. I was in tears and ended up passing out in the parking lot. I am ok the ambulance medics checked me over. To the blond lady please take this as a learning experience for other veterans who may be in the same situation as i am. My 3 young daughters were discriminated today by the older blonde lady Apparently just because they are tall girls they cant be under 12 ..didnt see a sign for proof of age anywhere!!!This is wrong of her to think people can be treated like this...I had to explain to my daughters that its ok to be self confident and love their appearance being tall or short has nothing to do with who they are. I cant believe them when they told me I wished I was a normal size child...EXTREMELY HEART BROKEN!!!!..I wished this individual can apologize to my daughters for being such a horrible person...Supercuts I see u have a sign for we refuse service to anyone get one with please provide proof of age if under 12...wow i would never think we needed proof for a haircut ...this individual needs help..aapparently she has a problem what a bully....NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO SUPERCUTS....Ever

Didnt care for service i recieved..had my hair dyed..color to me wasnt consistent thru out my whole hair plus some areas by my sideburns didnt cover grey.went back..Jaime tried to tell me that she told me the color wouldnt lift cus my original hair color was dark.then she added if i put my hair up it would look all same color..i said it shouldnt matter if my hairs up or down but she did agree to touch up where the grey didnt cover..when done i noticed color was darker..i asked did you use same color she replied yes but it looks that way cus my hair was still wet..i got home n color was a darker than the original color i had it dyed..i will not be going back there again..Seems to me instead of taking pride in their work and doing it right they are just in a hurry to do the next customer..

Please whatever you do, dont come here. I have been letting my hair grow out for over 6 years. I was desperate for a trim for a trip to Vegas, so I stopped by. The stylist said that I had too much hair so she suggested that she thin it out. I trusted her suggestion but I was so sad when she was done because she thinned out so much. My hair looks terrible, I have volume on the top half and like a few strands of hair towards the end. I have styled it several different ways and no luck. I have came to the sad conclusion that in order to fix my once long gorgeous hair is to cut it shorter. This has brought me to tears specially because I wanted to look my best on my trip.

What a bunch of complaining babies! Most of the negative reviews here are from hyper sensitive ignorant people that leave mostly negative reviews everywhere they go, and for the stupidest of reasons. (Oh yeah, I could just picture an employee YELLING at someone to get their dog out of the shop. Like thats really going to happen.) After trying most barber shops in East LA, I finally came to Supercuts and have received a satisfactory haircut for the past five years. Im happy here and will continue to come back. (Not having a public restroom is a company policy, not a review on the quality of work that these ladies perform. FYI)

HORRIBLE! THEY MIGHT BUZZ MENS HAIR QUICK BUT WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR COLOR. I ASKED "MANAGER" TO DO CHOCOLATE BROWN HAIRCOLOR WITH CARAMEL BROWN HIGHLIGHTS. SHE DID MY HAIR BLACK WITH BRIGHT YELLOW HIGHLIGHTS (LIKE HER HAIR)! ASKED IF SHE CAN FIX. TOLD ME TO COME BACK. I SHOWED HER A PICTURE AND SPECIFICALLY EXPLAINED. SHE DID THE SAME THING ALL OVER AGAIN (BLACK WITH YELLOW HIGHLIGHTS)!! MADE EXCUSES FOR INCOMPETENCE, TELLING ME " IT WILL WASH OFF EVENTUALLY". WHAATT?!! THEY SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE OR PRETEND TO KNOW HAIR COLOR, WHEN ALL THEY KNOW IS TO CUT MENS HAIR. IT IS MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

This the last and final time Im ever coming to this dump. I asked for a simple undercut and couldnt get that right. I asked for a refund the next day and ended up to my usual barbershop that always cuts my hair to perfection. They cut your hair too fast and and dont seems to care about detail. Please I would not recommend anyone coming here cause theyre always dead for a reason.

I took my daughter to get her bangs trimmed & they charged me $18!!! It was also back to school time & there was only 2 stylist working so I had to wait an hr!!! Plus when I paid, the girl asked if I wanted to add the tip to my debit card (she pretty much told me I had to tip her)
