I reserved my spot online using their system and was brought in on time. When I was getting my haircut, I asked for a 0 to 1 faded undercut all the way around with about an inch of hair off the top. During my haircut, I felt like something was wrong since my barber, Irene, didnt go along my hairline near the top. After she finished the first time, she gave me a mirror and I saw that my hair wasnt an undercut but rather it was cut up until about an inch or inch and a half below my top hairline along the sides and the entire back wasnt even cut. I asked her if she could fix it and she then decided to shave the back from a 0 to 1. After she finished the back, she gave me the mirror again and the back had the same problem. I decided that I didnt want to deal with this anymore after telling her twice to go all the way around and just said that it was fine. In the end, my hair still had remaints around the sides and the back below my hairline and, after examination by my friends, I noticed that she cut off a portion of my hair to produce a part which was shorter than the other parts. When I felt over it, I could tell it felt like a hole since about half an inch was off abruptly. Overall, I hated the service and hated paying the 16$. This was my first time coming and it will be my last. I had to fix it up myself by buying clippers and asking my friend to fix it. It took about 40 minutes since neither of us had done so before but now, to avoid any further screw-ups in the area, I will be doing the 0 to 1 undercut myself.

I was denied service today at this Supercuts because I have a skin condition, psoriasis. The hair dresser told me she cold not cut my hair due to this and when i left i called and was told from the receptionist that it was their policy to turn away customers with psoriasis. This has NEVER happend to me anywhere else. I hope that it is not the policy of all supercuts locations to discriminate against all people with a skin condition.

There was only 2 customers in here when I got here but yet people come in and get serviced before me so I waited almost 2 hours theres only two people cutting hair and some girl just standing there doing nothing why does she even work here if she cant cut hair? Anyone? lost my business for life Super Cuts

The only good thing about this place is that they will give you a refund for the horrible barbering they do. My sons hair was almost all cut off because the stylist just felt like cutting it all off. Nightmare for a teenager! No "sorry" just "here is your refund". Ghetto!

Fix your schedule it says it closes at 9 online and on signs when I show up at 8 they tell me its closed waste of time gas and patience
