Do not apply here ! The first time I applied input all my information into their computer "Previous employment information" they scheduled an interview with them the next day, upon coming to the interview I was told " Since you havent worked in the last 6 months "That does not meet our criteria" and referred me to another Staffing agency. I Decided to try them again! Updated my information the day before was scheduled for an interview the next day " And for the 2nd time I was informed that we cant help you !!! I asked why and they informed me they were not at liberty to say !!!!! This place is an absolute Joke !! Please go somewhere else do not waste your time here, I really dont even know how these guys our able to operate a business. Stay Away!!!!!!!!

Upon arrival into the agency, none of the staff will make effort to greet or even to inquire your business there. I finished the tests and the exams and was referred to a site with a friend. Yeah, they got me a warehouse job in Lodi for about 10/hr. The staff at the site was even worse than the staff at Select Staffing. They discriminated against me and even wanted me fired the firsr day. One evening, Select Staffing called and informed me: I should not bother coming in tomorrow. Because of the discrimination of the site. Afterwards, Select Staffing claimed they had no job available after days of no word. An abominable, dispicable staffing agency.

I went to the Stockton office looking for clerical work and was told they didnt have any clerical positions at the time. Then I asked about a position I had seen online but was told they wanted purchasing experience for that position. Well they never even bothered to look at my resume to see if I was qualified. In fact, they didnt even ask to review it. To top it off, I was in informed that I needed 6 months recent experience in order to receive their service. I thought thats what a temp agency was for, to help the unemployed get employed. If they had 0 stars, thats the rating I would give them.

I came to select staffing seeking job opportunities, first off the service there was so bad every time I asked a question the young woman talked over me cutting me . so i had a few questions about the application and I began to ask, before I could fully get my question out the woman says theres nothing we can do about it thank you.very rudely. I was instantly turned off. The only work available was warehouse and heavy lifting jobs which I didnt mind at all. It was the lack of customer service the two woman provided they didnt even try to help me or answer my questions.

Select Staffing worked me around for 2 weeks before eventually telling me, I had to have been working the last 6 months to be eligible for a job from them. If I was working the last 6 months, I wouldnt be going to a staffing agency in the first place. They clearly dont know what theyre here for. Ive been working since I was 16, have skills in many different areas, and they wouldnt even try to give me a job. Worst agency Ive been to by far.

Best place ever. Marisol got me a pretty good job, a job that I wish I can stay and grow within the company forever. Sadly I have to quit in just 3 days dude to no babysitters. I was so upset and disappointed in myself. I recommend this place to anyone out there whos looking for work. In the long run I wish to go back to them for jobs.. Thanks select staffing!!

This staffing agency mainly hires factory workers, (read minimum wage). I would advise if you can, go elsewhere for your employments needs. P.S. Im white and they sign my checks and I work in a white collar environment.
