I agree with the review given by Riya. Same thing happened to me. I bought a groupon and called them. They said that they will do gold facial and after I got there, there was a lady who demanded that gold facials cost more. After some convincing, they finally agreed to do a gold facial for the groupon price. They said they will do gold facial and ended up doing a basic facial and I got enough gold facials to know the difference between gold and basic facial. What they did was a complete betrayal of customers trust. Its a waste of money. I would have spent more money to get the facial I wanted. Do not go there and waste your money.

I would give a half star if possible. I went here today after going a few times and would never go back. The lady charged me $12 dollars. None of the signs in her store state the actual price but she has plenty of $6 signs which only apply some days. In the past it was $8 which is normal. Ive lived in the area for 10+ years and have never paid this much even though Ive been to places with better quality and cleanliness. This place lacks business etiquette. Drive a little further and go to khoobsurat on el Camino and Henderson.

hi guys how are you doing? my name is tanya, and today is my first day of eyebrow threading. first i was scared but ruby aunty did for me and give me full confidence and she is such a sweet person. she did very gently, and i am so impressed. so i want to advise you everyone, you have to try naz beauty salon. they are very friendly people, and i see they are makeup classes going on. the teacher is excellent. she is teaching very well. so im planning next time to take my makeup class there. bye guys

I went there with a Groupon deal saying 50% off on facial, i.e. 70$ facial for 35$. But instead of demanding a 70$ facial, that lady did basic facial for half an hour which costs around 35$ actually. I felt very very bad!!!!! Very unprofessional. If you do not want to give 50% off, why do you show your deals on Groupon? It would have been better if i had gone to another salon. It was waste of my money, and they used cheap products...That facial did not even deserve 15$. Highly unsatisfied!

This salon provides the best threading and the most relaxing facials as ever....The glow on the face after the facial is instant. Walk ins are wellcome and are always greeted warmly by Ruby. Must say that Ruby always has a smile on her face and is very warm n kind n patient, doesnt rush through a facial..... Its because of this good service and Rubys kind nature that I keep going back there even from Fremont. Thanks Ruby.

i Love this saLon !...the threading is the Best .ive been coming here for 2 years , and i will recomend everyone to come, The facials..Mindblowing....u c the results the very same day and i love ruby shes soo sweet and i feel like m at home......BUt they also welcome walk ins which is very convienet for me and its easy acess 5 minutes from 101 and 3 minutes from 237 life cant be easier.!

I have been going to this place from couple of months, everytime i get same service done- threading and waxing. Still they will make a different total everytime. First time i ignored, but it has been done 3-4 times. I dont understand how it becomes $ 5 less or $ 15 more when ever they want it !!!! I expect little more professionalism and a better service.

it is really friendly environment, and it is not an expensive salon. the massages, facials, pedicures are really good, the hair removals are pretty fast, not painful and cheap specially when they work with the string. also they offer really good indian products that actually works pretty well with my oily skin or acne.

It is such a wonderful experience. I went for threading and facial. Ruby did it for me and it is really relaxing and I would like to go again and highly recommend her. It is very convenient and very close go to 101 and 237 rose fair oaks. Try any service and you will like it.

i loved this place i done full package with $100 waxing legs arms + facial & threading dats the good deal eva i gt in salon ! facial masage was really relaxing after done with my facial i felt my skin so clean & glowing . so i advice atleast try their servies .

Worst experience.. very unhygienic, they use low quality products and very unprofessional. all they care is money!!! they cut my skin while eye-brow shaping and least apologetic about it.. never going there again... Deserves zero star!!

you shouldnt call it a beauty salon... they dont give a private room, you only have fabric patition. you may go there for eyeblow trimming, but definitely not for facial!
