Worst nail place ever! I called before I went, asking if I could come. A guy answered the phone saying yes, can come between 3:30 to 4pm. I arrived around 3:45pm, checked in with the same guy. He asked me to sit and wait. 20 mins later, I was still waiting. So I asked the same guy again. He started to making fun of me with another lady. They made this into a huge scene. They kept saying "dont ever be late, if everybody is late for 5 mins, then other people have to wait". I was like I wasnt late, you told me to come between 3:30 to 4. Finally, some lady came out of the waxing room, asking for my name and time of my reservation. She told me that she only accepted appointment via her own cell phone, not through that guy. I was like I didnt make appointment for waxing. So you can imagine, the conversation turned into Vietnamese between the lady, the guy and almost everybody that understands Vietnamese in the shop. It made me feel very uncomfortable. So they told me that guy didnt speak good english. He assumed I was here to see Anna (the waxing lady) because I am a young beautiful lady. All beautiful ladies come to see Anna. And they kept saying "oh honey, its all because you are so beautiful". They finally seated me around 4:15. Some random lady came asking me what color do I want. I told her Ombre white. She didnt understand, and asked me to show her photo. I showed her photo, she went and asked another so-called professional lady for help. And the other lady talked to her in Vietnamese again for a few minutes. They came back to me saying they dont know how to do ombre nails. And I was left all alone in the shop after that. Overall, this place is HORRIBLE!!!! People are rude, talking and laughing loud in Vietnamese. Place is dirty- no sanitized tools, the tower they use for manicure looks like never being washed, and have hair all over the floor. Skills are horrible, very limited colors, dont really know much about manicure. And worst of worst, get someone who speaks english to take appointments and check customer in!!!!

I dont like giving bad reviews... for that matter I dont give very many reviews but I felt I had to after my experience here. If you are looking for a $.50 haircut... This is the place for you! My regular barber has been sick and I decided to use this place, reluctantly. Turns out, my feelings were right. She spent no more than 3 minutes on my hair, uneven, butchered, way too short after telling her "not too short". I was embarassed but I didnt want to ask her to fix it because I knew she just really didnt know how to cut hair. I came home and my wife got a good laugh out of my hair. Thanks to Ziba Salon on Laurel Street in Belmont/San Carlos, he cleaned me up. Maybe they should just stick to doing Nails... because they are definately NOT "Top Hair".

Decent place to go for a manicure and pedicure, run by sweet vietnamese ladies. Nothing fancy - services are performed efficiently, with no frills (eg: no beverages, simple fans for drying nails) Can accommodate walk-ins for nails, most of the time but seems like there are regulars who come in for eyebrow waxing, and an appointment is needed.

The place is old and crapy but I went there for a manicure and was very satisfied! It is very cheap, only $12 for mani. The people there are very nice and competent. My manicure was perfect and lasted long. They also offer haircuts and wax treatments, not sure I would try those there though!

I was very concerned if their instruments had been professionally sanitized. When I asked the lady; she kept nodding. She apparently did not understand English and had no idea of what I was asking about. Will not go back!

I come here to see Anna for eyelash extensions. She is always super professional and gentle. She does a great job at a reasonable price for the area.

Very friendly staff. Wait time is minimal but if you have to wait. I suggest using their massage chair. Its $6 for 20 minutes. I am hooked.

Never open in the morning when they say they are. Coming is a waste of time.

Good fast and cheap, for mens haircuts anyway. Really nice people too!
