Unfortunately, I had an experience at this salon that was similar to another reviewer on here: below par service and unprofessional. Essentially, I was surprised at checkout with charges for items that my stylist did not tell me were extra. Mandip told me that she told the stylist about the extra charges, but no one told me until checkout. When I mentioned to Mandip that the stylist did not tell me about the extra charges, Mandip got upset with me?! And, the stylist was nowhere to be found at checkout. Very unprofessional and shady, sneaking in extra costs on customers. The stylist told me that a hot oil treatment would help the henna take better. I heard that henna could be very drying, I agreed to the hot oil treatment. She said that she uses the steamer with the hot oil treatment, "great!" I thought, that must be why it is $25. After rinsing out the henna, the stylist asked me if I still wanted the hot oil massage and advised me that they would have to wash my hair again to get the oil out, I said yes. After the hot oil massage and steam, she did not wash my hair. I was directed to go checkout, with hair soaked in oil and dripping with water from the steam. Luckily I brought a few items with me that made leaving, looking decent, possible. Mandip charged me separately for the wash out of the henna, which I thought was included; especially since the stylist only washed my hair once leaving henna still in my hair. If you are going to charge your customer $20 for a wash that should be included, shouldnt the hair be clean - no product left in the hair/washed more than once? I was also charged separately for the hot oil, head massage, and steam. The same steam the stylist told me that she uses for the hot oil treatment - how is steam extra if you advised me that you do the hot oil treatment with the steam?? Customers beware! Rubal Beauty, just be honest with your customers - it will go a long way. Surprising your customers with charges at checkout is extremely shady and not a good, short-/long-term business practice. I work with at least six other women with gorgeous long hair, they often discuss looking for a good place to get their hair done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Rubal Beauty Salon to anyone for any service.

Mandip has been doing my eyebrows for over five years, and she does a perfect job each time! I get many compliments on her work. Her wonderful attitude and warm smile always have me leaving the salon in good spirits. Recently Mandip has also started to color my hair. I really like the color she picked out and how careful she is while applying it. Some hairdressers can pull on the hair or hurt the ears with the comb but Mandip takes her time and these accidents dont happen with her. Its non-ammonia color, which is very gentle on my hair and smells wonderful. The rates for all her services are also extremely reasonable. I look forward to many more years of great service in her expanded salon in the new Stevens Creek Blvd location!

love this salon, I have been going to Mandeep for eyebrows and upperlip threading, facial, hair color and waxing for almost 10 years now. She is one of the few people in the area who knows how to make perfect eyebrows. I get stopped in the malls and people ask me about my eyebrows. She is a very good facialist too - does extractions and my face never breaks out after. All her products smell really good too, and they never give me a headache I am sensitive to how products smell. She is always on time and will try really hard to accomodate you. There was a time when I used to see her at 8 am on sunday mornings since no other time would work for me. She accepts CC which is great too.

RUBAL IS THE BEST THREADING SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. My eyebrows have been messed up my whole life. One was always longer and thinner than the other and for some reason, no salon was ever able to fix that. I went to rubal and they fixed it in that one session. Every other place makes me bleed and gives me a bunch of scabs but not rubal. It was quick, painless and Ive never been happier with my eyebrows. The woman in station three helped me and it exceeded my expectations. This is the only salon Ill never go to again. Its worth the commute and its worth it to pay a little more. Remember to bring a tip! Youre going to need it!

Mandeep is simply THE BEST. I get waxing done from her every month. She does it perfectly and is super friendly. She talks to you and makes you feel very comfortable. Ive been going to her for almost 2 years now. The Salon is always super clean. Very hygienic. She takes great care of her customers. Shes polite and has a very positive vibe. Shes great with appointments. She values your time and is very organized. I highly recommend going to her. :)

Never go here, I got bruised from waxing!! Businesses have responsibility to ensure that they have experienced/licensed aestheticians working for them. The lady who did my arms waxing, I could tell she was inexperienced with the way she was using the wax. I was literally in tears and below is a pic of my arm bruised a day later. This is not my first time getting waxing, and tried to give this place a try as it was near my clients office.

The salon is very clean and the staff is very professional. The owner is very polite and understanding. She uses excellent quality products for facial, bleach etc. and charges very reasonably. I had got my toddler for hair cut who was extremely cranky but the hair stylist was very accommodating and patient throughout the whole process. I really feel comfortable coming here since I know I will get the best service satisfaction.

The best part is that they were very friendly and at the same time gave very close attention to detail. Been mandips customer for an year now.. Wow.. shes great.. Been to many salons in the past and never got perfect shaped eyebrows, clean underarms without pain. But with mandip thats not the case. No pain, No blisters, No breakouts. Always pleasant experience.Very clean and easy to locate salon. Treats customers great!! Lots of services in one spot. 100% recommend her to all my friends.
