Ive come to this salon a few times over the past 4 years. I admit, I wasnt impressed initially with my experience with trying to schedule an appointment because it seemed every time I came in to the shop, the main stylist in the front was not there, and only the barber was at work. When I finally did schedule an appointment almost a year and a half later (because I came from out of town), I had an OK experience. Im one of those people who hates sitting in a salon all day. I respect my stylists time (therefore Im on time for appointments) and I expect that my time be respected as well. I had to leave town for an extended period for work over the summer and my daughter had her hair done there while I was away. I was kept up-to-date via Skype and was VERY pleased with the hair styles my daughter was given. Her stylist was Ramona, whom I like very much. Shes professional and pleasant, kind of ol school mixed with new. As for the barber there, I dont recall his name, but he gets a lot of business and Ive seen him do both mens and womens hair. I personally did not like my own cut I received from him (when I wore my hair short) but Ive seen other women walk out looking very nice.

Calvin is extremely professional, courteous, and his work is top notch! His pricing is very reasonable and his unsolicited pointers on what I can do to ensure I get the best haircut in the future was above and beyond. The wig styles are to die for! (Figuratively) I stopped by cause I noticed the wigs. Cant wait til Saturday so I can make it in to buy one, or two, or 3. :-) Ill post my experience once I can get in there.

Kelvin and Paul are excellent barbers. They accept walk-ins however I recommend setting an appointment. Mona is the hair stylist on the premises and is also highly recommended. Nice friendly atmosphere
