My oldest daughter (now 8 years old) attended Harbor-UCLA Childrens Center from 18 months old to 5 years old, and my younger daughter has attended from 4 months old. Her last day is this Friday (she just turned 5) and needless to say, we are a little sad to say goodbye. Most of the teachers at this facility have been there since our older daughter was there and have loved our children like a second set of parents. They would thaw frozen breast milk we brought for our youngest. We always felt they were safe and well taken care of while they were there. The facilities are nothing super fancy, but it always felt to us like an extension of our home. Kids pictures on the walls, toys on shelves, a small but sturdy play structure out back and plenty of room to run around. Mostly, I would say we appreciated the small things: sunscreen put on before going outside, help with potty training (HUGE), snacks in the morning around drop off time (which helps a lot when a parent needs to get going!), 5 minutes late after 6 pm was generally never an issue.

This location is not for the public and I would highly recommend you do not bring your child to this location.
