My parents own this shop and have serviced the community for over 20 years! In regards to price increases, my parents only increase the price when management increases their rent - cant do much about that! I found it funny that they told a customer not to return when they asked about the prices - my parents have this weird Korean sarcastic sense of humor! I may be biased, but I have yet to find a cleaners in Chicago that is even remotely close to the quality my parents provide!

Im in the military and I work for a cell phone company, I ended up getting deployed and had forgotten to pick up my clothes due to too many things going on, when I came back and switched to my normal job, they had set my order aside till I had come back, have been loyal ever since

Im gonna have to say its not expensive and fast, quality service! They dont take cards for under $10 and the gentleman working there let me pay next time which I thought was very nice of him :) will definitely come again and recommend to anyone in the area.
