My kitchen cabinets were" Reborn" just this week (finishing April 2, 2015. I was impressed from my first contact with Reborn Cabinets at the showroom in Torrance. Nancy was very helpful. My next contact was Dennis, the estimator two days later.He was knowledgeable and patient. I do not know the names of the two men that came out for the exact measurements. Both were very nice and they came up with the thought of pull out shelves and self closing doors and drawers. I love them. On Monday, March 30, Garrett Adams - lead man - arrived on time and I have never seen one person accomplish so much alone. The next day Garrett brought helper, Edward, who was also very nice. Garrett was "no nonsense" yet told me everything that was and is being done and answered all questions. They both were so polite they even asked if they could have a bathroom break. I warned them not to open the door with a note on it because my skiddish cat was in there and she would "bolt". They did a beautiful job in the prep work covering all with plastic. They set up their workshop in the garage and on the used brick driveway. When they left the clean up was so thorough one would never know they were there - until one would peek in and see those beautiful cabinets. Garrett is a true asset to the company. By the time they finished the job, we felt like family. Thank you for doing what you said you would do and when you would do it. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that does what it promises in a timely manner. Thank you again. And, thank you, Ron for the phone call yesterday to make sure all went well. While doing some remodeling in our home we decided to update our kitchen. After hearing about Reborn Cabinets on the radio pretty much every day, we decided to call them for an estimate. The salesman showed up on time and spent over two hours with us going over the options, materials and pricing. His knowledge of the product was impeccable. I never knew there was so much to know about cabinets. During our initial meeting we chose a particular granite that we thought would go well with the kitchen. When we went to pick our stone we realized that it was not what we wanted. Happily we were able to pick a different granite at the vendor with no issues whatsoever! The work was scheduled and done on time as well. We received constant updates from customer service as to the status. We had a contractor working in the house at the same time the cabinets were being installed and I was pleased that our Reborn installer was flexible to let them do some floor work while he was doing the cabinets. He also made some special adjustments to accommodate our under cabinet lighting. Very impressive. We did have a couple of minor issues with a wrong cabinet door and drawer handle but those were taken care of without hesitation. The materials are amazing. Very high quality and the installation totally transformed our kitchen into a place the is not only inviting but draws attention. I feel the price was fair and have already recommended Reborn to friends. We are completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship we received from Reborn.

My wife and I recently had our cabinets refinished in all three of our bathrooms. We must say to anyone reading this review that the quality and workmanship far exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier with the refinish. The door and drawer style selection was plentiful and we had many colors to select from although we did have a custom color made for one bathroom. The added cost for the custom color was worth it. The silent drawer and door closing hinges are fabulous. Working with personnel at Reborn Cabinet was not perfect but it would not cause us from returning for our next job. The designer/sales person was always attentive to our needs and got the order correct without delay. However, she did employ the high-pressure sales pitch, which included discounts and free items if we signed a contract today (initial meeting). She was probably just following policy. The person who measured the cabinets was prompt, curious, and polite. We were assigned a project manager for our job. We would have liked him to be a little more attentive to our needs. Phone calls were not return promptly and one was not returned at all. The personnel highlight was the installer. He took time to answer all my questions throughout the day, kept our house clean during the process, and really truly showed pride in his work. We would definitely recommend (and have done so) to friends and family.

I cant say enough about this place. MY ONLY REGRET is that I didnt use them for my kitchen remodel. I hired them for my bathroom cabinets and from beginning to end this company was the most professional, detailed company I have ever dealt with in the home improvement business. The initial consultation was very helpful and professional. The use of technology in reminding you about the upcoming appointment and follow up calls, emails and so forth were outstanding. Their customer service angle was beyond what I ever expected from beginning to completion. The quality and install of my cabinet was awesome. The product and the item was even better than I had expected. The installer was nice, clean, brought appropriate items to protect the stairs and so forth. The end result was beautiful cabinets. I WONT USE ANYONE ELSE!!!

The technicians were always late. The salesman said they were booked out for at least 6 weeks, however when we booked our consultation they said they can start right away? This made me feel like they were dishonest from the start. I went ahead and paid a deposit despite my better judgment and pressure from others. They completely over charged and said I was "getting a good deal". I ended up spending over $17,000 for refacing a small kitchen and counter tops. I found out later that I could have gotten new cabinets, all the demolition, electrical, and plumbing for $12,000. Not to mention it would have been a lot more efficient, the technicians would have been on time for their appointments, and I would not have to wait 6 weeks to begin. I would never recommend them.

Recently had our bath/shower removed and replaced with a shower. The work was completed in one day, as promised, and was important to us with only one bathroom. Our first contact with this company was at the LA County Fair and they were prompt in calling us, the sales people were very helpful and complete and the financing was clear and simple. We are very happy with our new shower and would recommend Reborn Cabinets to anyone that might be interested.
