The receptionist was pleasant unfortunately didnt get her name. It was my first time going and she made me feel at ease. My husband had sent me to put an order in and to get a molding wrapped. He had called a few days prior to see the max size a molding can be for it to get wrapped. He made molding less the max allowed. Well when a rep came out to take my husbands filled out order form she was not to pleasant. I informed her it was my first time not really sure how it works but that all the info they needed was already filled out by my husband. She seemed irradiated by me. I forgot her name but it stared with an M. She told me she had to check to see if they would except the molding, I thought nothing of it cause my husband made it to a size that was acceptable to be wrapped. She came back and told me it couldnt be wrapped. Thats when I informed her about my husband calling to make sure he made it a size so it would be able to get wrapped. Then in an irradiated voice told me "well I took it to the back and they said it is to big to be wrapped." Long story short got someone to get a measurement of molding and they had to get it wrapped because it was less than the max allowed.
