I purchased quartz countertop from New Jufu Cabinet aka Quartz Max Inc. and the largest piece for the island has 3 different colors in my white color quartz island. My installer came and installed and I saw the colors after the installation was done so I requested from Jufu Cabinet/Quartz Max to give me a discount or exchange and they wont. They said it is my installer fault, but my installer told me that they do not let you inspect for a long time and wont exchange unless there is a crack only. They sell imperfect merchandise. Bad customer service and dont care for your future business and bad word of mouth.

I purchased cabinets from them and spent like $2,000+ never again will I buy from them. After installing them they were falling apart. I would had rather payed extra for the quality somewhere else if I knew this before hand. I tried calling the office to reach an understanding and no one wanted to explain to me why I was being charged extra fees or get refund or exchange. Basically they said it was my contractors fault and now my cabinets are falling apart. Worse customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont know why they are still in business ripping people off and taking no responsibility!!!

I wish i had the way to give 0 star, because they dont even deserve 1. I am a kitchen cabinet contractor and work with a lots of cabinet importers, but these guys are terrible, few reasons. 1. Low quality materials 2. Bad costumer service 3. They sell something to you then after waiting for 30 minutes they come to you and say sorry we dont have it. i would never ever recommend these guys to my costumers anymore

Horrible customer service. If you are not a contractor you wont get help. I was there and I walked around for about 35 minutes before I asked someone if they could help me. NO ONE APPROACHED ME!. Very cheap material. Warehouse is falling apart. I would never recommend this place.
