Our designer Kathy with the design team was very friendly and provided us a reasonable quote and showed us what we could do with our kitchen. We pointed out all the flaws and items which may cause issues so we made sure she took good pictures of those areas including one collapsed cabinet and cabinet top gaps. Upon signing our contract and selecting what we wanted done, we were off to selecting stone. Except of course we were not her only clients and felt rushed to pick a stone we did not like. She left us alone to go through the stones ourselves so that she could meet her other clients. She was also leaving town and reluctantly gave me the contact info of her boss, who was also also out of town next week but neglected to inform us of this. about a week and a half pass by before we get a response and we decide we do not want to compromise and put in a change order to not do the bar tables. Sure simple enough, even with the extremely late responses. "Measurement man" Kyle came to our home and by far my favorite Reborn representative. Upon the first five minutes he pointed out how we were misquoted and had to pay more since several of our drawers could not be refaced due to the style and how the designer should have been able to pick out these items in our quote. Fine, people make mistakes even with 9+ years experience so we pay the experienced man and get our sketches done, again pointing out the flaws and items which may cause issues due to the poor job that was done in the past, as we had communicated to Kathy. There is nearly a month and a half gap between all the measurements and drafting that was done before the first install day for them to procure material. The craftsman were excellent, though I have never met them, they were very tidy when they finished up each day. Our project lead, Seth, and his supervisor Kenny is by far the people we had the most trouble with as they seem to never call us back when we had questions. For instance, the change order we had for NOT installing the breakfast bar yielded us a breakfast bar without the stone. The lock box we requested never arrived so we had to coordinate with the installers where we had hidden a key for them, although reborn has records we had requested one. They stuck our P trap causing a leak to throughout our kitchen whenever we used the faucet and still have not fixed it although claiming theyve sent a plumber before. One of the completed cabinet doors fell off the hinges when one section was "complete." An originally quoted 3 day job turned into over 4 weeks with meager responses through text, none through email, and nothing through phone calls. We had to call every day into the office in order to get a response of any kind. Their customer service line is nearly useless as we were always turned away that they were in their office but they were in some meeting that seemed to take place from the beginning of the day to the end of the day. To this day I have not spoken to Seth once. Kenny, his supervisor was better but still had the same communication issue as there was no intervention until they were over 3 weeks overdue on the project. Keep in mind please that our Condo is only ~800 sq ft which meant we had no cabinets to store any of our food, silverware, or cooking utensils during this time. We were more than understanding/patient and we gave them more than enough time to respond, it took threatening to take it up to their VP of operations before we ever got any responses. Im very disappointed in their group but mainly the people we had to work with since I requested a new project manager early on with no avail. They had the audacity after installing our cabinets the final day to request an additionally $1500 after we had paid each installment early and on time. As of today we have not gotten a response to why our P-trap is still leaking and not fixed.

Like others, once the sale is made, you are on your own. Been about 3 months now, and they just started the install. Of course the refrigerator isnt going to fit as it was only measured three times now, and the installers had no idea of which cabinet was going to be changed. Likely looking at another delay now. Was told floors had to be replaced before the cabinets were done, so I spent an extra 1500 to have that expedited. Project put on hold without letting me know, a text or phone call would have been courteous at the least. No call no show. Another 1500 thrown away. Took a day off for the install which didnt happen because project on hold with out any kind of notification. Another days pay gone. Called to cancel as I was pissed with the lack of notification, basically the production manager said good luck, we already have your money and nothing you can do about it, we held our part of the contract. Chose this outfit because it was family owned and we didnt want our money going to wall street (Big improvement stores etc...). Big mistake, HUGE MISTAKE. They will sell you the pitch, lock you in, and pass you on to the next voice after next voice behind the phone with zero answers . We had about 2000 square feet of tile demod and replaced with hardwood in half the time and less cost than these people took to manufacture 9 cabinet doors and a few drawers. I am a Facility Director and have completely remodeled 2 operating rooms and three employee lounges in half the time as these experts. Installers are good people, They are very good, the rest are looking for the quick money in my opinion, and theyre service is non existent, the excuses thick and often. Well judge for your selves, you have been warned. Run... Canned answer from a canned company. Called again today 9/19/16 with no finish line in sight. Missing drawers, base molding, and cabinet doors, again, only went through this three times now and three months of hell because of this company. Spilled some sauce from cooking and it does not clean. Cabinets where sauce landed, are a different color now. RUN, RUN RUN!!!!

Redoing, refurbishing or upgrading any major part of your house can be challenging, lengthy, and an expensive task. Not only do you have to focus on those factors but the quality of the job at hand. For years, we wanted our upstairs master bedroom bathroom redone. When we were ready to go ahead with it, and after seeing several ads on Reborn Cabinets, we decided to check them out. My wife and I went to their Anaheim location to see what they offered and how it would fit into our house and budget. Going in, seeing David Gould at his desk, we walked over to find out if he could help us--and help us he did. Walking with him around the facility, he showed our options, gave some suggestions, and helped us decide what might be best practically and fiscally. On that day, he made an appointment with my wife and I to come to our house and design a redo that met our needs. On the day he came over, David discussed, measured, and worked with us to achieve what we needed at a price we could afford. Agreeing with him, we then set up a day and time for a technician to come over and lay out the redo of our bathtub shower into a total walk-in shower. Oscar Delgado, our installer, did a fantastic job in taking the old one apart, laying out, and creating our new shower facility. Doing it all by himself, going up and down our stairs, measuring and sawing in our drive-way--he constructed a walk-in shower that set our bathroom and hearts aglow. We were awestruck by how much time (three days) and effort he took in doing the job in an appropriate and quality manner (if installers could receive an "Oscar" like actors--then Oscar would certainly deserve one.) Continuing to be awestruck by our newly enhanced bathroom, we have to say that Reborn Cabinets truly did a job that made our bathroom--reborn!!
