crappy nutjobs work there, the sewer rats employees there constantly change - apparently high turn over rate. Avoid a sewage gutter rat named "alex" a 20s 56" white nasty little POS that behaves violently toward patrons. He throws things at customers and all over the floor - the most unstable little whacko and if you tell their cholesterol gurgling little manager named "david irish" - a morbidly obese disgusting snorting 55 40S temperamental, moody midget in glasses- hell not only condone his employees violence with his lard drooling smirk choking on his frozen sausage cow intestine piiiiizzzzaaa, but will foam and spit out additional pig intestines turds clogging his esophagus and arteries while yelling at the sick elderly in wheel chairs to "move out of the way, HURRY IT UP CMON MAN !!" Contaminating the entire store with his foul smelling halitosis stench ! Disgusting, unethical, trashy gutter sewage rats losers lacking common (business - but thats asking too much) sense pretty much sums up the worthless staff there of a shipping company that profits off the crap you transport every day. They dont belong in the service industry - but instead are late for their quadruple bypass which is a total waste of labor, equipment, and medical innovation on such worthless turds. Dont say you werent warned.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I brought in a packed heavy item that already had the labels for FedEx Ground delivery. The item was a defective unit and needed to go back to the manufacturer. The employees there stated they couldnt take it because of the condition of the box. I advised them that Fedex originally shipped the replacement item to me in the same box and the box condition didnt change. They said they will only take it if I paid them to rebox it. I told them, I will just call the number to have them pick it up at my residence. The employee stated that the policy was the same for all Fedex. I called the number and made the appointment, and guess what, Fedex ground picked it right up in the same condition I brought it in their store. This store is trying to rip people off. AVOID!

Wonderful experince here. Fast and got excellent service while the shop had a few customers. Never felt unappreciated or rushed to make a decision. Any shop can learn about customer service here from the wonderful Raj and her coworker who helped me with my prints in a quick and timely manner.

I use Fed Ex because of convenience. But what I use is the computers and they are so horrible. It is like problems crop up to simply use up my minutes. And sending a print job to the printer is always a problem requiring assistance and there again the use minutes keep racking up.
