I went in with all black hair platinum blonde highlights in it. The hair stylist Rosa acted like a nice person but seemed more of a con artist. She tried telling me that she can only strip the black out and add color. well when she tried to strip it out with came out a medium brown and then she didnt even put the color in. She tried telling me she doesnt want my hair to get damaged so to come back in 3 weeks later which I wouldnt have a problem with until I found out the prices she charged me $180 for the highlights of nothing and told me when I come back it to get it lighter it will be $75 but she said itll take up to 4 steps. are you kidding me??? That means id be spending up to almost $500 for platinum blonde highlights. I knew something was up cause my old hair stylists from a different salon in tracy (not there anymore) managed to get my hair from black to 3 tone blonde for less then a $100 this place is a rip off and im soo mad. It looks more like I missed spots on my hair for the black then highlights.

I can not tell you how Happy I am to have found this salon.!! I was made to feel at home from the very moment I walked in. AND "walk in" is what I did. Thinking I would have to book later, I was pleasantly surprised that Rosa stepped right up , tho busy and said she would be happy to work me in. I worked as a Stylist and Salon owner for years and Rosa showed me the qualities I looked for in hiring stylists. She ask questions and listened to what I tried to convey to her about hair issues. The people there were unbelievably nice and they really know what theyre doing. It can be a little pricey but ive seen alot more expensive salons than this one.
