I will not go back to this salon again. I called ahead of time to get a haircut for me and my family. When we got there, we waited for at least 20 minutes when another customer came in and walked in without an appointment. She had the first preference and was seated first maybe because she is white! Taylor said that there are five of us, and the girl she offered to be ahead of us is only one person. Well isnt it first come first served? Plus, I called ahead of time. I told her its not right, and I did not get any apologies. How rude. The only reason I can think of is maybe Taylor thinks were Asians and we can wait and be patient. Well our time is precious too you know. I have a job that I took some time off to get my hair done, and its really inappropriate for a business owner to set customer preference based on the color of skin. The owner is racist. Thats all I can say. Whats sad is that she is Asian too. Shame on her. Its bad customer service overall. She probably gained one customer that day but lost 3 and future customers. Taylor will not have my money.

Fisrt time on this place and happy with the results, the lady Linda did my hair , on Sunday around 4:30, so happy I recommend this salon and this lady as well, thank you again

Easy, fast and simple $12 haircut was ok, I will deffinatly get a haircut in this place again on my next visit to Tracy.
