After researching a number of companies who specialized in house remodeling, I contracted House of Flooring & Cabinets at the end of October 2015, to fully remodel a guest bathroom and shower, and partially remodel the master bathroom, and a second guest bathroom. I initially met with Tony at our home, who took pictures and measurements of the existing bathrooms and structures, and provided an overview of the remodeling process. After visiting their showroom in Tustin, we began discussions with Rick on parts, materials, design details, options, and pricing. Once we agreed to the contract, which included a detailed list of all parts, fixtures, materials, and work to be done, we began working with Alex, who was responsible for scheduling and managing the project. From day one, Tony, Rick, and Alex were very professional, friendly, helpful, and open. Alex did an exceptional job managing and scheduling the project, especially given the fact that a great portion of the work was being performed around the year-end Holidays. Alex ensured that the schedule was realistic, and my requirements and expectations were met satisfactorily, and in a timely manner. The work was performed by a crew that that were extremely talented and professional. Each aspect of the work was completed by specialists and team who knew their job well, and employed superb workmanship. The crew were competent, polite, clean, and regularly sought feedback to ensure the work was being performed to my satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated. The end result was three bathrooms that were beautifully and expertly remodeled. This is a great company to work with. I highly recommend House of Flooring & Cabinets!

Great experience from start to finish. Honesty, integrity and quality. House of Flooring and Cabinets has exceeded my expectations every step of the way, and I have been overwhelmingly impressed in all aspects of my project. It has been an absolute pleasure working with such devoted, conscientious, professionals with expertise in their specific fields. House of Flooring and Cabinets sets the tone for excellence and this level of dedication carries throughout the project. This is our home. We plan on living here for the duration, and we so appreciate their commitment to perfection. They arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and measurement of my kitchen. I wanted to repairs but instead of the costly repairs (was quoted by a different companies), House of flooring, suggested less complex, less expensive solution (total change and make over) and within two weeks the work was done for 1/2 of the cost I had been quoted and with a three year guarantee. I think my major concern as a consumer was addressed, and that is one I trust. I feel they have a long history in business and that they did not try to sell me something I didnt need. They only did the work that had to be done and were conscious of the cost. One of the most thing that impressed me the most about House of Flooring and Cabinets was their attention to details. We already know that if and when we need any further major home improvement projects done in the future we will call them first.

Great experience. Customer service was excellent. We remodeled the whole kitchen and two of our bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely redesigned. The outcome was incredible. They did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable manager and professional employees. The manager reviewed and inspected every details in the walk through. They fixed minor issues before we even noticed them. We are extremely satisfied with the result.
