Inefficient. Have people wait in line and have no menu / prices until you arrive to the front and talk to the cashier. I also understand there is a high-school near by. These restaurants have a buffet normally, which is an integral part of the round table tradition, its also what makes them unique. But since they are quite incompetent and want to treat their customers like third class citizens, all of the population at this place is treated like high schoolers. Hence no buffet at this location. Dont open up a restaurant and then dilute the value and experience of the customer for your own gain. Its 2015, we all see the manipulation and in todays generation you either care clearly for your customers or you dont. I doubt to see this place in business if it persists to degrade their customers!

I ordered on New Years Day for a pickup. I gave them my first and last name, my number, and my order of 1 large veggie (red sauce) easy cheese and add jalapeños. They gave me my total ($28 and change) and said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. We drove 10 miles to get there and arrived a bit early. It turns out that they never registered the order, so they took the order again and made it while we patiently waited. Unfortunately, they made the order incorrectly. We took a refund and left to another place.

Their service is the slowest by far I have ever experienced till now. Ordered just some appetizers in person and I was asked to wait for 20 minutes and it took them over 45 minutes to get it ready even though there were not any customers lined up. They seem to have lot of staff in the kitchen but I guess the management neglects the productivity. Make sure you order online and then have it picked up rather than walk in order.

Staff was unprofessional and seemed new to the restaurant business. Took about 10mins to get someone to the counter to take our order then another 10mins to get someone to clear off some tables for us to sit. Good thing my family and I were just traveling through. 1st pizza place Ive ever been that has bending straws. Really!!?? Unpleasent experience!!

The service is really good here they always accomadate to the customers and even if you do not have a coupon they make sure to give you a good price and they go out of their way to serve you at the best of their ability.

Live less than a half mile away but couldnt leave house for pickup. Delivery more than an hour late. No call, no update. Never order from here. Second time this has happened to me, was hoping things changed.

The manager should get extra pay shes very nice and deserves the best. The place is beautiful and I love it. The peacocks and animals are amazing.
